A terrified landlady says she owns an abandoned brothel that's "haunted by horny grunting ghosts".
Linda Hill, from Gainesville, Texas, claims the property is unrentable because of its sex-crazed spirits and has turned it into a spooky tourist attraction.
According to Linda, the property, known as Hill House Manor, was a brothel during the 19th Century and the spirits of hookers and their clients still occupy its walls.

She says she was initially sceptical, but had her mind changed in the shower one day when she heard a leering male voice say "looking good".
Linda initially blamed her husband until he walked into the bathroom moments later and inquired who she was talking to.
"And it was like 'oh my god, it really is haunted','' Linda told WFAA.
It was that incident that made Hill believe accounts from previous tenants, who claimed to have heard voices groan "oh baby, oh baby, yeah" and "yeah, I like that".

Enterprising Linda has now decorated the house, where things go bump (and grind) in the night, with a creepy porcelain doll and is marketing it as a real-life haunted house for visitors to pay to attend – just in time for Halloween.
In 2011, Linda published the book Hill House Manor: The Guest Book, outlining the investigations and stories told by previous tenants.
She first purchased the property and several other homes in the Gainesville, Texas, neighbourhood in order to rent them out.
She believes the home, built in the 1840s, is on the site of a former brothel, leading to the randy nature of the "ghosts".
The first reported hauntings came after 10 tenants moved in and out of the property in less than two years.
Since then, Linda has continued to document the stories told about Hill House Manor, which were most recently recorded in a 2020 book – Hill House Manor: 13 Ghost Stories.
Other spooky occurrences, away from the whispers, saw an upstairs door regularly open even after Linda forcibly closed it shut, with one such instance caught on camera.
She also claims to have audio footage of the nymphomaniac ghosts getting jiggy – but has yet to share it.
There's also a 19-foot deep well under the living room, which has been dubbed by Linda as the "murder room".
"Almost every psychic that walks in here sees a dead man lying on the floor," she said.
Recent visitors have posited the well to be a "spiritual portal" leading to increased hauntings in the room and the room adjacent to the well.
A Plexiglas cube has been built in the centre of the living room, allowing visitors to look directly down into the well.
