TOWIE’s Fran Parman sheds two stone after being cruelly trolled over her weight

Reality star Fran Parman has announced she's lost a whopping two stone after being trolled over her weight when she returned to film scenes for the tenth anniversary of TOWIE.

The 29-year-old television personality, who shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex back in 2014, has admitted that she didn't realise how much weight she had put on until she returned to the show.

Fran, who previously dated co-star James 'Diags' Bennewith, was left devastated when she received "nasty comments" about her image and decided to do something about it.

The Essex babe spoke to TOWIE's Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng on their FUBA Radio show Access All Areas on Thursday about her weight loss and trolling.

She explained how the trolling she received over her appearance took the shine off her return to the show.

Fran said: I thought, yeah I'm going to be back with everyone. I can't wait to see everyone.

"And then all of a sudden that picture come up and I thought, 'Oh god I've put on a little bit of weight'.

"I didn't realise how much I'd put on because I was wearing so many baggy clothes."

She continued "I looked at it, thought nothing of it. Then I see that there were so many comments, nasty comments.

"I thought, "Hang on a minute, I've only put on a little bit of weight. Why is it anyone's business and why does everyone care so much?"

Fran added: "So what if I've put on a bit of weight. What's the problem… It's not okay to be like that to people.

'It's such a shame that we have to go through this. We're nice people and we don't deserve it. We do not deserve it.'

The beauty was pleased to admit that she's feeling happier and is "focussing on healing at the minute".

Fran has also revealed she's lost staggering amount of weight since filming her recent scenes for TOWIE:

"I want to lose a little bit more weight," Fran confessed.

"I've lost two stone now. If I'm determined and focussed and I want something, I'll get it."

The reality star confessed that she's also "looking to do something to help people that struggle losing their weight that goes up and down."
