This Just In: The Backstreet Boys Are Back With New Music and a WORLD TOUR

IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT. Go find wherever your mother stored your old Backstreet Boys posters, because this morning announced that they are releasing a new album and going on a world tour in 2019. Feel free to start hyperventilating… now.

Their album DNA comes out on Jan. 25, 2019, so you’ll have to wait a while on that. But! They released a new music video today for their song“Chances,” which was written by Shawn Mendes and Ryan Tedder.

“The journey is ongoing with us and there is so much left to do,” band member Brian Littrell said. “We’re living the next chapter that hasn’t been told yet, and that’s exciting.”

Band member Kevin Richardson said the rewarding thing about recording this album is that they were able to bring all their influences and styles together in one piece of work.

“These songs are a great representation of who we are as individuals and who we are as a group. It’s our DNA,” he said. “We’re really proud of that.”
