Emily Atack's TV star mum Kate Robbins has given up on sex.
The Afterlife star made the decision to stop going on dates because she's had enough of miserable blokes.
The 63-year-old comedian and singer said: "I've given up dating, I'm a single woman and I'm going to stay single.
"I don't want to ever have sex ever again!"
Kate's disdain for dating began when she appeared on the TV series Grumpy Old Women and toured the show around the UK.
The title of the show and the "moaning" the mature ladies did seemed to put off prospective dates.
Now Kate has taken that as her cue to stop saying yes to any fella who asked her out.
She said: "I was supposed to be a little bit sexy and the other two were a bit like 'we don’t know any to have sex again'.
"Anyway, I'm like them two now!"
Meanwhile last month, Kate Robbins mocked her daughter Emily when during an appearance on Channel 4's Steph's Packed lunch.
Emily had attended the BRIT Awards 2022 the night prior to her mum taking to the stage on the day time favourite, so naturally her daughter's outfit became a talking point.
The Inbetweeners actress opted for her second choice Stella McCartney gown – that was sparkly all over and hugged her curves in all of the right places.
But just days before the swanky red carpet gig, Emily explained to Instagram fans there had been an issue with her first ensemble.
Wearing her original outfit selection and looking stunning, Emily penned: "Had a fitting for the Brits and sadly can’t wear this because of my chunky bum but wanted to show it off."
The following day after the BRIT's the Celebrity Juice panel member came up against some ribbing from her mum Kate when speaking to host Steph.
Having discussed how glam the blonde TV star had appeared on the red carpet, comedian and singer Kate quipped: "I reckon her hair and makeup aren't quite as nice this morning."
Emily shared the clip to her own Instagram page with the caption: "Of for fu …@katerobbins.
"Don't know what you're on about @katerobbins," she added with a picture of herself clutching onto a cushion.
