Cardi B Insists She “Don’t Need More Press” in Her Bold New Single

Cardi B returns with an in-your-face new single, “Press.” The track is her latest release following “Please Me” with Bruno Mars, which dropped in February, and “Money,” which arrived in October.

On the new release, the rapper hits back at her coverage in the media, declaring, “Cardi don’t need more press” in the chorus. Even her cover art for the single—which shows her nude, handcuffed, and being swarmed by paparazzi—is reminiscent of her recent court appearances, where she’d dress in luxurious outfits and get flocked by photographers.

In another piece of promotional artwork, Cardi holds up her cuffed wrists to her neck, alluding to a famous photo of serial killer Aileen Wuornos.
