A woman has decided to ditch modern clothing in favour of wearing 19th century fashion after falling in love with vintage styles through historical re-enactments.
Mila Povoroznyuk, 29, from Vinnitsa, Ukraine, dresses head-to-toe in dresses, corsets, blouses, shoes and elegant hats from the late 18th and early 19th century.
Speaking to MailOnline, she said: ‘The first pieces in this style appeared in my everyday wardrobe eight years ago. Before that, I only wore historical models of clothes for historical festivals, thematic re-enactment meetings and balls.
‘In the last two years, I have completely switched to clothes styled according to the fashion of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.’
