Ruth even teased that her Christmas tree isn’t the only one in the house, revealing that she and Eamonn will actually have three!

Showing off the gorgeous red and gold tree, Ruth panned up and down as she unveiled the jaw-dropping baubles, which included acorns and glittering gold decorations.

She wrote alongside the clip: “Tree’s up!! One of three actually!

“Spent all day yesterday doing them and added finishing touches today…..feeling in the Christmas mood now!”

It comes amid apparent turmoil on the set of This Morning after reports that Ruth and Eamonn are set to be replaced by Alison Hammond.

Ruth and Eamonn currently present Fridays on This Morning, while Holly Willoughby, 39, and Phillip Schofield, 58, take the reins Monday to Thursday.

“Ruth and Eamonn are absolutely devastated,” a new magazine insider claimed.

“They’ve heard rumblings about this for a long time. Eamonn in particular thought this was going to happen, so it wasn’t a shock.

“There’s been no confirmation of the changes, so Ruth and Eamonn are both holding on to the hope that they could win back their slot.
