The director of “Jackass” has been granted a restraining order against one of its stars, Bam Margera, after the stuntman allegedly sent him death threats for months.

Jeff Tremaine claims Margera harassed him with disturbing messages, such as “I’m gonna kill you in one mother f—ng punch” and “keep it up fat boy and I will continue,” according to court documents obtained by Page Six Thursday.

“Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again. If you don‘t sign the paper, look at your children,” one of the text messages allegedly read. “Sign your stupid f—ng contract before your (sic) not safe anywhere.”

The threats began began in February “via numerous text messages and via social media platforms,” according to the court papers.

In another of the messages, Margera, allegedly wrote “Sign the f—ng contract or your life will change.”

“Write a check f–k boy, when ever you don’t do it, stare at your kids,” another said. “And look at them you greedy f–you boy.”

Tremaine added that Margera texted an unnamed professional colleague of his with a photo of an alleged contract that was also posted on social media.

Tremaine claimed that Margera told the colleague on the phone that he has “powers as a wizard” and “can create and strike lightning” while speaking at times using numbers instead of English.

Tremaine also told the court that over the course of their 20-year friendship Margera “has encountered significant challenges with mental health stabilization, substance abuse and maintaining his sobriety” but “it was not until Mr. Margera began threatening my safety and that of my children did I become in great fear that he may follow through on his threats.”

As a result, Margera, 41, was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from 54-year-old Tremaine, his wife Laura, his daughter Lucy and his son James. Margera is also prohibited from contacting the family.

Page Six previously reported that Margera began struggling with his sobriety again in August 2019 when he checked into rehab for a third time in one month. He has suffered with substance abuse and alcohol issues since he rose to fame with “Jackass.”

He claimed in April 2021 that the producers of “Jackass 4” forced him to go to a drug rehab facility before they would allow him to shoot the film, but the treatment he received left him with suicidal thoughts.

“It was the definition of f–king torture,” the 41-year-old stunt he said at the time. “They tortured me!”
