Ariana Grande celebrated her 30th birthday alongside her new boyfriend Ethan Slater during a getaway at exclusive private members club Soho Farmhouse – three weeks before their relationship was revealed to the world.
In an image obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com the happy couple can be seen soaking up the British countryside at the upscale retreat – where cabins cost up to $500 a night.
The photo, which was taken on June 27, one day after Ariana’s 30th birthday, shows the songstress with one arm thrown around her 32-year-old beau, whom she met on the set of their upcoming movie Wicked.
Ariana is seen looking relaxed and casual in grey sweats, with her blonde locks – which were dyed for her role of Glinda in the live-action adaptation of the Broadway musical – pulled back in a simple top knot.
The pair, who have been filming in the UK for months now, were joined by another pal who was seen walking alongside them, with Ariana standing between the two men, one arm thrown around each of their shoulders.

One onlooker who saw the couple during their stay at Soho Farmhouse – where Ariana is rumored to have enjoyed a getaway with her estranged husband Dalton Gomez just last year – told DailyMail.com that they were seen eating breakfast at the retreat’s restaurant the morning after Ariana’s milestone birthday.
‘Ariana was sitting next to Ethan and [they were with] another woman, who looked like an assistant or a PA, and another guy,’ the insider shared.
‘They were eating breakfast – and they wanted to take a picture of a poached egg that got dropped on the floor by a waitress as she was bringing it over to them.
‘Ariana said it looked cute.’
At the time of the Dangerous Woman singer’s birthday trip with her beau Ethan, the outside world was unaware that she had split from her husband, real estate agent Dalton Gomez – news that would only be revealed three weeks later.
Three days after their divorce was made public, her romance with Ethan – who was also married to wife Lilly Jay, with whom he had a baby in August – was splashed across headlines around the world.
The news of Ariana and Ethan’s relationship is understood to have come as a heavy blow to Lilly, who married her husband in 2018, before welcoming a son with him in August of last year.

Three weeks after her Soho Farmhouse getaway with Ethan, it was revealed that Ariana had split from her real estate agent husband Dalton Gomez
‘Lilly hung out with Ethan and Ariana so many times,’ the insider claimed. ‘Ariana met their baby and even held him. They had dinners together in London – and Ariana told Lilly that she wanted to have a baby one day and that she couldn’t wait to start a family.’
According to the source, Lilly and her newborn son traveled to London with Ethan when he began filming the project in April of this year – just eight months after she had given birth and two months before the pair enjoyed their trip to Soho Farmhouse.
The insider claimed that Lilly discovered her husband had been having a relationship with Ariana after that visit – but that she and Ethan made the decision to try and ‘put it behind them and work on their marriage,’ only for her to later discover that he had continued his romance with the singer.
‘There was a period when they were all going to try and work on their marriages and put the whole thing behind them,’ the source said. ‘She thought they were happy.
‘But that did not work out [because Ariana and Ethan] kept the affair going despite [that].’
The insider said that Ethan then blindsided his wife by filing for divorce, insisting that the decision to officially end the marriage was made entirely by the actor.
‘Lilly did not file for divorce from Ethan, he filed for divorce from her,’ they continued.
The source noted that Lilly believes her husband was ‘starstruck’ by Ariana and that he was bowled over by the glamour of being on a movie set with so many major stars for the very first time.

A second source close with knowledge of the situation defended Ethan, insisting that he and Ariana ‘did not start dating until after he had separated from Lilly’, while a third alleged that Lilly has been ‘talking to multiple outlets trying to get her story out there while acting differently towards’ her ex-husband ‘behind the scenes’.

The Broadway actor and Ariana met on the set of the upcoming Wicked adaptation, in which he plays the role of Boq while she takes on the part of Glinda.
News of the couple’s shock on-set romance came just days after it was revealed that Ariana had split from her husband, real estate agent Dalton, with sources claiming that the couple’s marriage struggled to last in a ‘post COVID world.’
