Andy Cohen believes Raquel Leviss may have been “really medicated” while filming the explosive, three-part “Vanderpump Rules” reunion.

The former pageant queen, who showed very little emotion while apologizing for her affair with Tom Sandoval, left the “Watch What Happens Live” host stunned by her demeanor.

“I was worried for Raquel’s mental health going into the reunion. I mean, I still am,” Cohen, 55, told Variety in an episode of “Making A Scene” that also featured Scheana Shay.

“But actually, when I saw how unemotional she was, it made me think she was either really medicated or really out of touch with her role in everything,” he went on.

The Bravo executive, who hosted the Season 10 special, also commented on Leviss’ bizarre response to former friend Shay’s emotional breakdown.

“When Scheana is crying her eyes out and [Raquel] says in the trailer, ‘I should have written her a note’ — I found that very confusing. It made me think that maybe there was something she was missing about what these relationships were,” Cohen said.

“It made me think that maybe she didn’t think they were as real as the other people thought. I didn’t understand.”

During another portion of the Variety interview, Shay, 38, also weighed in on her ex-pal’s behavior.

“It was lights on, no-one’s home,” she said of Leviss’ seemingly aloof state.

“[It was] bizarre. I never could have imagined that reaction because the Raquel who I was friends with wasn’t that person.”

The reunion concluded with Leviss’ “bombshell” revelation that she and Sandoval had actually been sleeping together for slightly longer than they originally let on.

Leviss, 28, also revealed during her sit-down conversation with Cohen that she and Sandoval, 40, actually did have sex in the home he shared with then-girlfriend Ariana Madix.

“This has f–king killed my soul,” Leviss said in the confessional through sobs. “I’m so sick of lying, I hate it. I hate being deceitful, it’s horrible.”

Leviss claimed Sandoval encouraged her to lie about the affair timeline because he felt it would be “less hurtful” to Madix, 37, to say that this “wasn’t going on for so long.”

Fans were quick to take to social media, revealing they were underwhelmed by the episode’s big “twist” which had been teased by executive producer Alex Baskin.

He previously told Variety that the “new information” they discovered could change whether cast members wanted to even come back for filming next season.

“The reveal was quite underwhelming. I mean how much worse could it get. I’m ready for it to die down now. #PumpRules #pumprulesreunion,” one fan tweeted.

Another chimed in, “So the ‘big reveal’ was that Raquel admitted to hooking up with Sandoval more than once? Girl that’s not some huge reveal. It was so OBVIOUS that they did. I was expecting something more scandalous but I guess. #pumprulesreunion.”

A third viewer wrote, “The reunion was a letdown with lala [Kent] & James [Kennedy] shouting & not letting anyone speak!! What was the big reveal?? Raquel & Tom had sex in Mexico?? That was not big news!!”
