Oops! Gwyneth Paltrow’s Daughter Didn’t ‘Consent’ to New Mother-Daughter Pic

Privacy, please! Gwyneth Paltrow’s 14-year-old daughter, Apple, came after her mom for sharing a sweet shot of them skiing on Instagram.

“Mom, we have discussed this,” the teenager commented on Paltrow’s post. “You may not post anything without my consent.”

The Goop creator, 46, responded: “You can’t even see you [sic] face!”

In the mother-daughter selfie, the actress and Apple posed while riding a lift up a snowy mountain. The teenager was decked out for a day of skiing in a pair of goggles, a helmet and a puffy coat, while her mom was all smiles with her head bare.

In January, the Iron Man star admitted that her 12-year-old son, Moses, and daughter, whom she shares with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, are embarrassed of her.

“I am mortifying,” she said on the Rachael Ray show. “Like, I am the most embarrassing person all of a sudden. It’s been, like, a couple good years that I’ve been the most embarrassing person. If I do anything silly in public, the color drains from [Apple’s] face. Any silly jokes, or if I dance, like, in a store, God forbid. She’s like, ‘Mom!’ and I’m like, ‘OK, sorry, got it.’”

She added on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that same week: “There was some really great song playing [on a shopping trip with Apple] and she just looked at me, and she was like, ‘Don’t even think about it.’ And I was like, ‘Oooh, Apple,’ and she’s like, ‘Do not, Mom.’”

She and Martin, 42, welcomed Apple in 2004, followed by Moses in 2006. After 10 years of marriage, the pair split in 2014, but remain close friends.

Paltrow remarried in September 2018, tying the knot with Glee producer Brad Falchuk.
