Jeannie Mai Jenkins Paired the Cutest Accessory With Her Sparkling Miss Universe Gown: Daughter Monaco!

Television host Jeannie Mai Jenkins, who you normally see hosting The Real, hosted the Miss Universe pageant in New Orleans last Friday. Jenkins paired her three glittery gowns with silver ankle wrap stilettos, but no accessory could compete with her adorable daughter, Monaco, who she had by her side.

“Hosted Miss Universe while being mommy in sequins,” she said on Instagram.

While mama was decked out in formalwear, the 1-year-old was the picture of comfy cozy. In various Instagram posts, you can see that she too rocked three looks on pageant day: a plush robe, a knit, long sleeve romper with white sneakers and cat ear clips, and grey and white jammies.

How adorable! So while Miss USA R’Bonney Gabriel was crowned Miss Universe on stage (USA! USA!), Monaco stole the show from behind the scenes (Cutest bae! Cutest bae!).

Monaco started her time in New Orleans with an epic breakfast in bed (We’re talking, pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, fruit salad, and more!) while wearing her white hotel robe and a towel with rainbows wrapped around her curly hair.

“Just rehearsing [mommy’s] lines in case she can’t make it .. heh heh heh.” Monaco “said” in the monacomaijenkins Instagram account run by her parents. Although, based on a recent post where Monaco works with pediatrician Cyndie Hatcher, MD to learn how to say “spoon,” she might be ready to make her hosting debut sooner than you think.

After being fully pampered, Monaco practiced her runway walk, heading towards mama while mesmerized by her disco-ball-esque gown (same!). Based on that strut, we just might be looking at Miss Universe, 2040!

Jenkins then picked her cutie up and walked Monaco, who she has nicknamed “Coco,” backstage and toward her seat in the audience. During the show, Coco got a special shoutout from mom and co-host Olivia Culpo, who blew the little one a kiss. As the video pans over to Coco, you see that she lovingly returned the kiss. Cuteness overload!

As bedtime approached, Jenkins met the babe in her hotel bed, giving her sleepy sweetie a hair ruffle and a hug. If that’s not the most adorable way to (nearly) wrap up the 71st annual Miss Universe pageant, we don’t know what is!
