No, we’re not talking about the late Queen Elizabeth II or Princess Diana; we’re talking about Kate and Prince William’s daughter Princess Charlotte.

At only nine years old, Charlotte has taken so much after her mother: her poise, her way of calming down her brothers, and of course, her colorful style! Every time Charlotte comes out to an outing with her mama, they look so stylish and sweet together, and over time, fans have noticed a pattern!

While a lot of mothers and their mini-mes typically match their entire outfit, Kate and Charlotte do things a bit more subtly. Either they rock the same color, but not the same shade, or if Charlotte rocks a certain color, Kate implements it in her accessories. It’s such a smart and chic way to coordinate, and they seem to be experts at it.

Ever since Charlotte started going out more and more with her parents to royal events, fans have noticed how she and her mom love to show off that they’re one of the most stylish mother-daughter duos in the British royal family. And most recently, their 2023 Easter looks made headlines for being the most identical looks we’ve seen from them yet!

  Kate and Charlotte kept the coordinating looks going for Easter 2023, with Charlotte in an all-black look of a springtime blue and white dress and Kate in a coordinating blue coat dress is by Catherine Walker.

• ‘Together at Christmas’ Carol Service (2022)

  

  For the 2022 ‘Together at Christmas’ Carol Service, Kate and Charlotte rocked coordinating marron coatdresses (and we’re still obsessing over Kate’s Eponine London Chi Chi Coat Dress!)

• Memorial Service For The Duke Of Edinburgh (2022)

  

  For the Memorial Service For The Duke Of Edinburgh, both Charlotte and Kate opted for darker looks. Charlotte went with a black peacoat, and Kate opted for a polka-dotted dress from Alessandra Rich.

  For Easter 2022, Kate and Charlotte made headlines for their matching pastel blue looks! Charlotte looked darling in her patterned white and blue dress, with matching tights, and Kate wowed in an Emilia Wickstead coatdress.

  Seriously, we adore it when Charlotte and Kate do this. For the Christmas Day Church service in 2019, Kate wore a gray sweater coatdress, and while we adore it, we love her accessories more. Since Charlotte wore an emerald coatdress, Kate coordinated with accessories in the same exact color. We see it on her hat, shoes, and clutch!

• Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Wedding (2018)

  

  Now, for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding, the mother-daughter duo rocked bright white looks. While Charlotte opted for an ivory dress, Kate went with an off-white, almost cream-colored dress from Alexander McQueen.

• Pippa Middleton & James Matthews Wedding (2017)

  

  Yet again, Kate and Charlotte subtly matched their outing looks. When Princess Charlotte was a bridesmaid for Pippa Middleton and James Matthews’ wedding, she wore a darling white teacup dress and blush sash that matched the exact same color as Kate’s Alexander McQueen dress.

  Blue looks so good on the Wales gals, and we adored these coordinating blue looks they wore together while visiting Poland.

  Okay, but we need to see Charlotte and Kate recreate these matching Barbiecore-esuqe looks they originally wore for the Trooping The Colour parade on June 17, 2017. Charlotte looked like a little doll in this polka-dotted pink-and-white dress, and Kate looking as regal as can be in this Alexander McQueen look.

  It seems Princess Charlotte is also a rewear Queen, because along with wearing this polka-dotted pink dress for that year’s Trooping the Colour, she wore it during a visit to Poland. While Kate didn’t go for pink, she did opt for a light purple color. Forever obsessed with this color palette!

  For Trooping the Colour on June 09, 2018, both Kate and Charlotte looked so sweet together rin their matching light blue dresses!

• Christmas Day (2016)

  

  For Christmas Day on December 25, 2016, Kate and Charlotte’s looks weren’t the same color, but it was the same style. For their church visit, they wore darker coats, with both of them opting for maroon accessories.

• Canadian Tour (2016)

  

  Instead of wearing the same exact shade of blue, Kate and Charlotte played with opposites. For the Windsor’s family eight-day tour of Canada, Kate opted for her usual darker shade of blue with this bespoke Jenny Packham ensemble, and her daughter Charlotte went with a baby blue dress.
