Bump watch! Pregnant Karine Staehle hit the beach with her husband, Paul Staehle, and the 90 Day Fiance star’s baby bump was on full display.
“Karine is out here looking for seashells, and she’s already removed quite a bit of trash,” Paul, 35, said from behind the camera in a Monday, February 11, Instagram video. “I haven’t seen any trash out here, but she’s been able to find a decent amount of garbage. Having fun?”
With that, the mom-to-be, 23, gave her husband two thumbs up. In the video, the Brazilian reality star also swam beneath the waves while Paul filmed her from the shore.
The couple, who tied the knot in November 2017, confirmed in October 2018 that they are expecting their first child together after two miscarriages.
“The first miscarriage was very early on,” Paul told Us Weekly at the time. “We weren’t really that attached. Right after that second miscarriage went through, we got pregnant again. It was like, boom, boom. That was the one everyone saw on TV. The next pregnancy, she was actually prescribed birth control, and she was taking a supplement to feel better. We were supposed to wait six months to a year.”
He added: “We were gonna wait, give it time in regards to that. We’ve actually heard things where if we had the baby within six months. … I was like, ‘OK, whenever you’re ready.’ She got pregnant within a few months.”
Since their announcement, the pair have been giving fans glimpses of their pregnancy journey on social media. Paul has posted videos of their “rainbow baby” kicking, pictures of his wife’s baby bump and sonogram shots. He and Karine announced in June that they are having a boy.
