A model who claims to boast the "world's fattest vagina" fears she'll need a mobility scooter for the rest of her life after her surgically-enlarged boobs and bum left her in excruciating pain.
Mary Magdalene, 30, has spent almost £80,000 on a variety of extreme surgeries, including implants in her breasts and her bottom – but her striking look could come at a greater cost.
She says they're so heavy that she now struggles to walk owing to life-limiting pain.

“My boobs are so heavy I want to buy a mobility scooter," she told her Instagram followers.
"I am in pain when I walk. But I think people will think I'm trying to get attention and being insensitive.
"At the airport I never request a wheelchair and I get in so much pain having to walk such long distances.
"My boobs and a** are so heavy that I no longer have ankles because my legs are always swollen.”
Mary's 5000cc boob implants weigh around 10kg (22lbs) – one and a half times heavier than a bowling ball.
They also feature expanders, enabling her to fill them with saline through a needle and port whenever she thinks they're looking light.
Mary, from Mexico, also travelled to Colombia to get budget bottom implants, and has had three Brazilian butt lift, as well as illegal silicone injections, which went rotten and almost killed her.
A self-confessed surgery "fanatic", she underwent her first procedure at 21. At the time she was working as a stripper and escort.
Since then, the tattooed pin-up has had three boob jobs, three Brazilian butt lifts, cheek fat removal, hip fillers, 20 dental veneers, lip fillers, chin lipo, cat eye surgery, eyebrow implants and an op to give her a 'Barbie nose'.
The social media star, who has an OnlyFans page, shot to global fame in 2018 when she went under the knife in an operation to get, in her won words, the "world's fattest vagina".
Unfortunately, the controversial procedure, which involved the transfer of fat from other parts of her body to her vagina via injections, almost killed her.
One side of her vagina kept growing, leading to a lot of pain.
Explaining why she wanted the extreme surgery,
She told YouTuber and porn star Adam22 why she wanted the extreme surgery.
Speaking on his podcast, No Jumper, she said: "So there’s this contraption you use, and it sucks your p***y, and it makes it very inflated. So I told the doctor I just want it permanently to look like that.”
She added: “It looks like balls. I would say it’s a female ball sack.”
In an interview with the Sun, she said: "I almost died during [the] procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die."
Despite almost dying, Mary believes she has completed her quest to hold a world record.
She added: “I literally have the world’s fattest vagina. "
