Simone Biles is currently on vacation in the Caribbean, serving up plenty of stellar poolside looks. Though the 25-year-old has spent the past few months posting an array of swimsuit snaps, this particular vacation has given the world tons of colorful beachside inspiration, from her printed cropped rash-guard bikini to her two-tone pink and orange swimsuit. Now, she’s closing out the season in a brightly colored swimsuit, which she posted to Instagram Stories on Thursday.
With this bikini, Biles is pulling out all the stops. First and foremost, in bright turquoise, this two-piece swimsuit allows the gymnast to jump headfirst into the neon trend that we’ve been seeing all season long. What’s more, the bright white detailing not only ruches up her bandeau top and ties around her neck in halter form, but it also does the same on the bottom, crisscrossing up her waistline and knotting at the front, right above her naval. It is, as you surely know, one of those bikinis that is totally worth the weird tan lines. Biles opted for full coverage on the bottom this time, eschewing the popular thongkini trend, but right on time for the crisscross style making waves in the swimwear market and recently spotted on Chlöe’s Instagram feed.
Though Biles left her fiancé, NFL player Jonathan Owens, behind on this trip, he was still top of mind for her, as she wished him luck in his last preseason game on Instagram on Thursday night. Recently, she’s been sharing several sartorial tributes to her beau, including a crop top emblazoned with his Texans team logo and a tank top with his number, 36. The two even matched in coordinating white looks for a recent date night at a Chris Brown concert. Biles is currently in the throes of planning her wedding and recently revealed a gold and white color palette as well as an embellished Prada bag she plans to wear to bridal events, a gift from Owens, of course.
