Shoppers rush to Asda to bag bargain saucepan set after woman picks up a five pack for free with clever method | The Sun

AFTER nabbing a major bargain on a five pack of saucepans from Asda, one woman couldn’t gate keep how she did it.

Taking to social media, she posted a photo of the giant Scoville-branded box, which was advertised as having five saucepans and frying pans.

The box had two red stickers on it, with one even saying something was “missing”.

“My daughter is off to university September been saving coins in pot to get her saucepan set & frying pan,” she told people in the caption.

“See a set in Asda teflon for £30 half price sold out, saw these 1 lid missing reduced.

“So with my voucher from my coins & £10 voucher from app cost me nothing & should lol last her years”.

The set was originally sold for £60 and can be found for this price in other retail stores, but thanks to the missing lid it was just £30 in Asda.

With the £20 she saved up and the voucher she got from her Asda app, she managed to get the entire thing for free.

People were impressed with her savvy shopping skills and shared their thoughts in the comments section.

One person wrote: “Great bargain xxx,” as a second chimed: “Result!!!” followed by a red heart emoji.
