EVEN though most mums try not to make any concrete decisions until right at the end of their pregnancy, it's hard not to get a little carried away with baby names for the whole nine months.
But pair this excitement with a serious case of pregnancy brain and you're likely to come up with some really questionable options – as TikToker Alex knows all too well.
Last year, the mum shared all the baby names she wanted to use for daughter in a viral video that's racked up over 45,000 "likes".
And even though she thought they were all solid options at the time, the mum is VERY grateful her partner was around to rule out the worst options.
Kicking off the clip, the mum wrote: "Baby names I loved but my boyfriend would absolutely not let me use… they get progressively worse."
Clearly a big Disney fan, the names "Minnie" and "Bambi" were two strong contenders for Alex – that is, until her daughter's dad stepped in.

Once she moved out of this phrase, Alex presumably looked no further than her water bottle for her next source of inspiration – and suggested they call their little girl Evian.
When this was struck off too, the mum came back with 'Castle' as an option.

And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, she then put forward "Verington" – which was, unsurprisingly, cast aside.
But by her own admission, Alex says the worst name she wanted has got to be"Peninsula".
With the benefit of hindsight, Alex captioned the video: "… I have no words."
In the end, the couple decided to call their little girl Saoirsé.
Needless to say, the mum wasn't the only one who was grateful for the part her boyfriend played in naming their daughter.
One viewer joked: "For once, a man is absolutely correct."
"Not Evian," another joked. "May as well call her Volvic."
Meanwhile, a third wrote: "Boyfriend gets dad of the year award for sparing your child!"
