I lost 65 lbs thanks to my high-protein banana oatmeal muffins – they’re the perfect breakfast and easy to batch make | The Sun

A MOM has revealed the delicious breakfast that she ate daily during her weight loss journey.

Lana Nicole (@beaconfitness_) looked almost unrecognizable after shedding an impressive 65lbs before getting pregnant with her second child.

She has gained over 10,000 followers on TikTok since she revealed how she transformed her body in just one year.

The mom said that she would eat oatmeal muffins daily while dropping her excess pounds.

She added that the recipe has helped her weight not to spiral during her pregnancy.

“I lost 65 pounds eating this breakfast and I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and have only gained 18 pounds so far,” she said.

Lana filmed the process of making the breakfast muffins starting with two cups of oatmeal blended.

She continued: “Two very ripe bananas!

“Two eggs, a quarter cup of honey, and heart's desire of cinnamon.

“Mix in the blended oatmeal, and half a cup of chopped walnuts.”
