A GRAN broke down in tears after seeing the wedding dress she married her late husband in 65 years ago.
TikTok user Kate Petrik uploaded a heartwarming video showing the moment her gran Marilyn opened up the precious parcel years down the line.
Kate, who posts under @_darth_kater, wrote on TikTok: “My grandma wanted to take her wedding dress out of the box for the first time in 65 years.
“My grandpa passed away six years today.”
After seeing the beautiful wedding gown for the first time in years, the elderly woman was left in tears.
The stunning gown had long lace sleeves with scallop trim neckline, and photos from the 50s showed Marilyn on her special day.
The moving video has racked up over 19million views, and people were left emotional at the sweet moment.
One said: “Granny is a babe. She took my breath away with the first photos.”
Another added: “Ok but this TikTok was better than the Notebook.”
Things got even more emotional when granddaughter Kate tried the wedding dress on for her gran.

In a second video, which has 2.9million views, Kate tried on the dress leaving her grandma welling up when she saw her.
One person wrote: “Ok that made me cry.”
A second person commented: “Oh the end. She saw herself in you.”
