Budget make-up brand W7 has launched an eye-shadow palette that’s a dead ringer for one by Anastasia Beverly Hills… but it’s £39 cheaper

They've since expanded into an entire beauty empire – and their eye shadow palettes (along with their highlighters and liquid lipsticks) are to die for.

From the classic Modern Renaissance to the brand new Norvina palette, they're loved far and wide and are considered some of the best and most versatile palettes on the market.

But as everyone who has bought one knows, they're not the most purse-friendly.

Luckily for us, budget beauty brand W7 has arrived like a knight in shimmering armour with some incredible alternatives, which we can't help but think are a tad ABH-inspired…

Take, for example, its On the Rocks palette. It costs just £8, working out at less than 60p a shade, and the colours are incredibly similar to the Subculture selection.

The Subculture palette includes shades such as the warm coppery brown Fudge, the mustard-toned Edge, fan-favourite golden shimmer shade Adorn and the seemingly white shade, with pink duo-chrome called Cube.

Although the W7 palette has different names for the shades, they're still in the same order as the ABH version, and it also comes with a similar dual-ended brush.

Although the quality of the budget version may not be quite up to the standard of the pricey Anastasia palette, it's definitely possible to achieve the same make-up look for less than a tenner!

And the Subculture palette isn't the only dupe that W7 has perfected. They've been busy creating other high-end inspired make-up items, including ones of our other favourite eye shadow collections.

The predecessor of the Subculture palette, Modern Renaissance, has a five star rating on both Beauty Bay and Cult Beauty – two of its main British online stockists.

Featuring warm pinks, reds and neturals, in a mix of shimmer and matte shades, it's an easy choice for those who want a versatile palette that will take them from day to night.

For the same price as your morning Starbucks, you can nab a cheeky dupe from W7, which offers the same girly shades and rosy tones for just £3.95.

W7 has clearly taken inspiration from Huda Beauty's award-winning palette for its Dusk Til Dawn collection – even the name is similar.

Though it contains four less shades than the high end brand's Desert Dusk palette, its best and most popular shades are included in the £5.50 W7 version.

This makes it super useful for those who have lusted after the more expensive palette for a long time, but the £56 price tag has seemed a little too unrealistic for their budgets.

We can vouch that the Huda Beauty palette is definitely worth investing in if you've got the money going spare, but there's nothing wrong with a bargain every now and again.

After all, there's over a £50 price difference, so it's worth checking out W7's first.

A W7 version of Urban Decay's classic Naked Heat palette can also be purchased for a fraction of the price of the original.

We all love a good saving, and this one in no exception – it'll save you over £35.

Fragrance Direct is selling the £3.99 W7 Blazin palette, which has 12 near-identical colours of the relatively expensive high-end one.

W7 aren't the only ones who love a good make-up dupe; Primark's been at it too.

They have a range of Urban Decay palette lookalikes that go for a minuscule £4.

And there's also a £3 Huda Beauty-inspired 'mauve obsessions' palette, which saves you £22.
