Spice Girls reunite for first time since lesbian fling claims but Mel B is absent

The Spice Girls UK and Ireland Tour kicks off next month and the ladies were seen heading into their first rehearsals in London, but there was a notable absence.

Mel B was a no-show and instead bailed on rehearsals and jetted to LA instead.

The singer posted a defiant bikini snap as she topped up the tan, while her bandmates were working on their routine.

However, back in Blighty the girls were all smiles as they were seen pictured together for the first time since Mel B dropped a risqué secret to Piers Morgan.

Last month the Spice Girls camp was rocked by claims Mel B and Geri Halliwell enjoyed a one-night lesbian romp back in the 90s.

Mel B dropped the bombshell to Piers Morgan and revealed the five of them all slept in a bed together, before claiming she had sex with Geri.

She said: “She’s going to hate me for this because she’s all posh in her country house and her husband. But it’s a fact.

“It just happened and we just giggled at it and that was it.”

“It’s all fine. We have all chatted about it. Listen, we had fun back in the day.”

Geri has since denied that anything happened between the pair.

Emma Bunton, who is currently plugging her new album My Happy Place, appeared on the Jonathan Ross Show to talk about her new music and touched on the saucy Mel B and Geri saga.

She said: “It’s all fine. We have all chatted about it. Listen, we had fun back in the day. I didn’t know anything else but you know, we are all good.

“We all know each other’s characters so well that we deal with each other in different ways, we have different friendships, so we work really well together.”

The 20-date tour will see the girls play Wembley, Stadium of Light in Sunderland and Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

Due to popular demand, the band added more dates and are allegedly planning some US dates.
