Slipknot, Disturbed And More Added To Louder Than Life Festival

Slipknot, Disturbed and many more have been added to the Louder Than Life festival lineup.

Other A-listers added to the lineup include Ice Cube, Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson.

Last week, the festival organizers announced Guns N’ Roses as headliner for this year’s Louder Than Life Festival in Louisville, Kentucky.

The three-day rock and metal festival is scheduled for September 27 through 29 at the Highland Festival Grounds at the KY Expo Center. Tickets for the Louder Than Life festival are on sale now.

The rock ‘n’ roll and whiskey festival will also see performances from Godsmack, A Day to Remember, Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Halestorm and a reunited Staind.

“We wouldn’t be living up to the name Louder Than Life if we didn’t come back bigger and badder than ever, giving fans something they can’t see anywhere else,” said festival producer Danny Wimmer in a release.

“Getting Staind back together and plugged in on the main stage is something that I’ve been working on for years,” he added. “These are songs that need to be heard, that fans have been dying to hear — Staind has been one of the most requested bands on our socials, and it’s an honor to be bringing their music back for the fans at Louder Than Life.”

Other acts to perform include GWAR, Dropkick Murphys, Stone Temple Pilots, Suicidal Tendencies, Melvins, Andrew W.K., Die Antwoord, Three Days Grace, Sum 41 and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes.
