Sonja Morgan has had another cosmetic procedure after her facelift and neck lift earlier this year.
The Real Housewives of New York star’s surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir has revealed that this week the 56-year-old got a nonsurgical rhinoplasty, better known as a ‘liquid nose job’.
Kassir, who shared photos of the Bravo star before and after the procedure on his Instagram page, explains that the procedure uses filler for ‘immediate results’ with no ‘downtime’.

Results: Dr Kaffir explained that Sonja ‘has a little bit of a bump, it’s a little crooked and it’s a little long. What we do is we straighten it, shorten it, and lift it all with filler.’
He explained to Page Six about how Sonja wanted to refine her nose, saying: ‘She has a little bit of a bump, it’s a little crooked and it’s a little long. What we do is we straighten it, shorten it, and lift it all with filler.’
‘There is no downtime, no recovery, no pain meds,’ Kassir said. ‘It lasts one to two years.’
Dr. Kassir also shared a clip of him injecting Sonja during the procedure and wrote in the caption that the liquid nose job is perfect for people who want results but aren’t ready to go under the knife.
The reality television star has proudly been showing off the results of her lower facelift and has been open about the procedures she had earlier this year.
