Stacey Solomon is said to be in “full nesting mode” ahead of the arrival and her fourth child.

A source exclusively told OK! the star is determined for her house to finished by the time her little one is born so she has been getting stuck into her beloved DIY.

The source said: “Stacey's in full nesting mode – she's determined for their house to be perfect by the time the baby arrives.

“She's got bags of energy as she's cut back on her workload a little and is throwing herself into DIY projects.”

They continued: “She has a vision of how she wants the house to be and is determined to get it there in time for the birth.”

Stacey and her fiancé Joe Swash moved into Pickle Cottage back in March, and the Loose Women presenter has been transforming it into her dream home ever since.

From colourful bathrooms to two-year-old son Rex’s bedroom, Stacey has been making over each room of the £1.2 million house and showing off the results on her Instagram with her signature ‘Tap To Tidy’ Stories.

The 31 year old announced she was expecting her fourth child – her second with actor Joe – earlier this month and said she was “so grateful”.

But she explained it hadn't been an easy journey – with 'quite a few' losses before she reached this point.

In a series of photos posted to her Instagram Story, Stacey first shared the news of her heartbreaking miscarriages, before posting video footage of the moment she finally underwent a successful scan.

Stacey first apologised for "being so quiet," but added "We have something we are excited to share with you… I feel so nervous for so many reasons."

Stacey then put up a video of herself holding a pregnancy test, but told fans that, for a while, "it didn’t work."

She and Joe then stopped trying, Stacey explained, with the couple deciding: "We are so lucky to already have our boys.

"It is the biggest privilege in life and we are so grateful to be parents so we stopped trying and counted ourselves so so so blessed already."

But life had other plans. Stacey told fans that she’d had felt "so yuck" for a while now.

The star added: “Yesterday we went to check what was going on… And we were so grateful to hear an extra heartbeat in my tummy.”

Stacey shared a black and white video of herself having an ultrasound, while continuing to say they "couldn’t believe it."

In heartwarming scenes Stacey's bare stomach showed just the hint of a bump as she lay in a hospital bed.

As Joe filmed, the sonographer moved her wand over Stacey's belly before the baby's heartbeat was heard.

The ultrasound image of the couple's unborn child then filled the screen.

Stacey is also mum to Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships, while Joe is dad to Harry, 14, also from a former relationship.
