Molly-Mae Hague announced her pregnancy with Tommy Fury in September, and is set to welcome their bundle of joy in the new year.
Despite both only being 23, Molly-Mae and Tommy have wanted to be parents “from day one” says her sister Zoe Hague and, with this in mind, she thinks the pair will make “unreal parents”.
Zoe, 26 – who got engaged earlier this year – admitted that she’s always been very protective of her younger sister Molly, and when they were younger she advised her not to have kids too young.
However, in light of Molly’s ongoing endometriosis battle which has, at points, left her with excruciating pain, Zoe admitted that “when the time’s right, the time’s right”.
Fellow endometriosis sufferers were quick to congratulate Molly on her pregnancy news as the condition can affect a person’s fertility.
Talking to OK! about Molly’s pregnancy, Zoe told us: “Obviously because of all the trouble she’s gone through, when the time’s right, the time’s right. I always used to say to her when growing up, because I’m very protective of her, ‘don’t be too young [when you have kids]’ and she was like, ‘Listen, everyone’s on their own journey’.”
“Just because it's not the way I would have done it – it is completely different to the way someone else would have done it. I just couldn't be happier for her now,” Zoe added.
Giving an update on how Molly’s doing, Zoe said that the Pretty Little Thing creative director is “doing really well”.
She went on: “She’s thriving during pregnancy, like, she’s been so lucky (touch wood) from start to finish she’s not been ill. She’s doing really well.”
In addition to this, Zoe spoke about what amazing parents both Molly and Tommy will be.
“[They’ll be] unreal,” she told us. “From day one they’ve both been so excited about being parents.”
Zoe’s comments come after Molly recently admitted that she and Tommy hadn’t been on any form of contraception for the majority of their relationship.
“I have not been on contraception now for coming up to about three and a half years. Pretty much the whole of mine and Tommy’s relationship, I have not been on contraception,” Molly told fans on one of her YouTube videos.
“That’s just because with my endometriosis and other things, I never really found a contraception that worked for me – I tried a couple of different pills and, for me personally, I never found anything that quite agreed with my body.”
While Molly hasn’t shared her due date, fans have speculated that the blonde beauty is due to February 2023.
Ahead of their tot’s arrival, Molly and Tommy jetted off to Dubai for a luxurious baby moon together before Molly’s too far into her pregnancy to fly.
Another thing Molly hasn’t revealed is what they plan on calling their child – who they’ve since announced to be a girl – but has teased that it will be an extremely unique moniker.
"It's always been my dream little girl name and luckily when I met Tommy and I told him the name that I'd always dreamt of using, he absolutely loved it too,” Molly shared on an Instagram Q&A.
“It's a really really unusual and a different name, I do not know anybody else with the name."
She further teased: "I think you guys are going to either absolutely love it or hate it – but we absolutely love it. It's super unusual, super different, nobody will guess it because it's not really a name. It's not made up, it's totally not made up, I can't explain it.”
