Mark Wright reacts to Love Island’s Luca saying he’s ‘punching’ with wife Michelle Keegan

Mark Wright has posted his hilarious reaction to Love Island star Luca Bish claiming that he’s “punching” with his wife Michelle Keegan.

The 23 year old contestant made the observant comment on last night's episode as he discussed whether he was also “punching” with partner Gemma Owen with fellow Islanders Adam Collard and Paige Thorne.

Luca started the conversation by mentioning Mark and Michelle, both 35, as he said she was well out of Mark's league and that he was "punching” – which the trio all agreed to.

Mark, who is in Sydney, Australia visiting his wife who is filming there, posted a photo on Twitter of his funny reaction following the episode, which showed him with a puzzled face after just waking up in bed.

The former TOWIE star captioned beside the picture: “8:30am in Sydney…. minding my own business (literally sleeping) Waking up like…. What did I do? #luca.”

Mark’s hilarious photo triggered several responses from fans, who shared their reactions to Luca’s comment also.

One follower wrote: “He's just jealous that you're married to Michelle. I personally think you're both brilliant.”

“I was shook when he said it,” another commented, as someone else said: “I actually 'gasped' out loud!! How dare he #luca…just jealous Mark!”

A fourth person wrote: “I literally thought ‘Wow! What a cheek’. Ignore him…he's envious!” as another simple added: “You made it! That’s all.”

Mark has been keeping fans updated following his trip Down Under as he’s posted photos of his break away whilst reuniting with wife Michelle. The actress is hard at work currently filming a new BBC series which is due to air early next year.

Mark’s trip to Sydney comes after he recently showed fans another glimpse of their newly renovated Essex mansion, via his and Michelle’s home Instagram account, named @wrightyhome.

The presenter posted photos of his incredible estate shared with his wife underneath a breathtaking orange sky as he captioned: “The sky over the house the other night.

"Genuinely not a single filter used!! Might frame it as artwork for the house??Shown a lot of the exterior recently. who’s ready to start seeing the inside??"

Mark and Michelle purchased the stunning property for approximately £1.3million in 2020, and have invested a serious amount in its rehaul, adding high-tech security features which has elevated the price to an estimated £3.5million.
