Love Island: Arabella is DUMPED by Tommy, Anton and Michael leaving Danny mortified (and she hopes he will follow her home!)

Arabella Chi was dramatically dumped from the Love Island villa on Thursday night after joining the show just days ago.

In a dramatic twist, it was left up to ‘safe’ Islanders Tommy, Anton and Michael to decide which girl was booted off the show, and they settled on Arabella.

They expressed that she ‘hadn’t made much effort with the boys’ since her arrival – leaving her other half, Danny, mortified.

He said: ‘I’m gutted. It’s savage.’

Since leaving, Arabella, 28, has expressed her hopes that Danny will follow her home after he was saved by their fellow contestants.

In the candid interview, Arabella also admitted that she felt like a ‘big bad wolf’ after she caused an awkward love triangle between herself, Yewande and Danny.

Talking about her exit, she said: ‘I knew that I was in danger because I was the newest islander. If there was one person they would miss the least it would be me. I was still surprised though.

Decision makers: They expressed that she ‘hadn’t made much effort with the boys’ since her arrival

‘I think the boys thought the girls would choose Danny, because of the Yewande situation. I don’t know if Danny will stay now I’ve gone. That decision is with him.

‘He was gutted when I left and said I had given him the best week of his life. It’s up to him though. If he does stay he might be scared of jeopardising things with us.’

Arabella admitted that she would ‘a million percent’ go back into the villa and added that she made no mistakes during her time on the show – despite causing drama with her quest to be coupled up with Danny.

Tears: She had only been in the villa a mere few days

She said: ‘No I think I did everything in the right way. Going in there I knew it would be difficult going for Danny but I did it the right way. I had a chat with Yewande first.

‘All the girls reassured me when I left that I had done everything right. I feel like everybody saw me and Danny blossom so will understand we were right for each other.’

Talking about the drama with Yewande, Arabella added: ‘Taking Danny from Yewande and the tension with the other girls. I knew there would be friction but at one point it felt like the villa was very divided, after Yewande left.

Will he follow her? She said: ‘I don’t know if Danny will stay now I’ve gone. That decision is with him. He was gutted when I left and said I had given him the best week of his life.’

Connection: ‘It’s up to him though. If he does stay he might be scared of jeopardising things with us,’ she added

‘It felt like I was being looked at as a big bad wolf, even though I had just gone in there and followed my feelings.’

Yet she admitted that she would still couple up with Danny again: ‘I found somebody that I had a romantic connection with. I was attracted to him before I even went in the villa. Getting to know him more and more those feelings developed every day.’

Arabella went on to talk about her friendship with Lucie Donlan and admitted that they will be ‘friends for life’ despite the fact they have both dated 2018 contestant Charlie Frederick.

Love triangle: She added: ‘It felt like I was being looked at as a big bad wolf, even though I had just gone in there and followed my feelings.’

She said: ‘My time in the villa was eventful, it was full of a lot of emotions, and I met some friends for life, especially Lucie. I had an amazing time, it was the experience of a lifetime, which was why I signed up.

‘I would have loved to have stayed longer and carried on the journey with Danny, and kept getting to know him better, but on the whole it was an amazing experience which I’ll never forget.’

‘The highlights were becoming so close to Lucie, which was a bit of a shock to me. She was the one I thought I might have less of a friendship with because of having dated the same guy outside of the villa (Charlie Frederick).
