The limo driver responsible for this weekend’s deadly crash in New York was previously arrested twice for driving while in possession of illegal drugs, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
According to Saratoga Springs police records viewed by Radar, Scott Lisinicchia, 53, was charged on July 2, 2010 for “unlawful possession of marijuana.” The incident took place around 8:00 p.m. on Myrtle Street. He had been living at Clifton Park, New York — about 20 minutes away from where he was apprehended.
Three years later, on November 22, 2013, Lisinicchia was arrested by the Saratoga Springs police department around 8 p.m.

He was charged with “seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation following a traffic stop on Crescent Street,” Saratoga Police records stated.
While it is unclear what has come from these charges, these aren’t the only times Lisinicchia allegedly broke the law.
Governor Andrew Cuomo, 60, revealed on Monday, that he did not have the appropriate license to operate a limousine vehicle.
In addition, the car itself had failed an inspection last month.

Police reported that all 17 friends in the limo who had been celebrating a birthday had died. The driver and two bystanders also lost their lives.
As Radar previously reported, Lisinicchia was behind the wheel of a 2001 Ford Excursion limousine when it barreled down one roadway and passed through the T-intersection where two highways intersect.
Without stopping, the limo crashed into an unoccupied 2015 Toyota Highlander, before landing in a narrow gorge.
