Ditching her trainers ahead of her gym workout, Lauren opted for a pair of gold flip flops and added a slick of glamorous make-up, styling her brunette locks into a blow-dried hairdo.
And despite flaunting her envy-inducing curves in her exercise gear, it was recently revealed that the former TOWIE star is ‘desperate to shed the pounds’ after accrediting her ‘weight gain’ to her boozy meals on Celebs Go Dating.
