Proving both points to be true, Stewart sat down with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, where she wowed in a super chic 'fit comprised of sparkly plaid pants and a gray tweed jacket over a sheer, lace bustier. Her detailed crop top featured mini boob cutouts, which made the outfit edgy while still remaining classy.
The actress' strawberry blonde locks were styled in disheveled beach waves that were parted to one side, and she kept her glam natural.
During the talk show, Stewart opened up about the difficulties that came with playing the late Princess of Wales, like her very specific accent. "It's like so muscular," she said of Diana's speaking patterns. "It's exhausting. When I speak, I feel like I don't open my mouth and I feel like this croaked frog."
"Words come out her mouth like bubbles and I'm like bricks to the floor," she added with a laugh.
Elsewhere in the interview, Fallon congratulated Stewart on her recent engagement to screenwriter Dylan Meyer, to which the actress responded, "Also, knocked it out of the park," referring to her new fiancée. "No, I scored."
