Kanye West recently banned his six-year-old daughter North from wearing makeup after becoming a ‘born again’ Christian.
Kim Kardashian at first called the topic a ‘big fight’ in their household, but now the 39-year-old reveals she has come to agree with her 42-year-old husband.
Appearing on Australian talk show The Sunday Project this weekend, Kim said of the issue: ‘About the makeup thing, I don’t think a kid should really be wearing makeup either, you know.’

The reality star added that she had spoken to her friends and sisters for better insight into the subject.
‘I think sometimes if you don’t understand a rule, it is good to learn and ask your friends. In my case [I asked] my siblings what they would do,’ the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said.
After the chat with her pals and loved ones, she and husband Kanye came to an agreement, Kim said.

The star explained: ‘[We] bounce ideas around and develop a way that we’re going to parent and rules that we have. And we always have to stay aligned.’
The makeup mogul previously admitted that Kanye’s new conservative views are causing tension in their household, particularly when it comes to his views on North using cosmetics.
‘North is trying to get in on the makeup, but she’s being blocked heavily because her dad has stopped all makeup for her until she is a teenager,’ she told E! News at the debut of her KKW Beauty at an Ulta Beauty store in New York.

‘I think as a parent you just learn and figure it out as you go and we realised we didn’t really want her to wear makeup at a young age but she sees her mum putting on lipstick and lip gloss,’ she added.
The rapper first put his foot down to block North’s growing interest in makeup last month, having previously allowed North to wear cosmetics many times.
