The model accepted a proposal from beau Scott Litner over the 4th Of July weekend while in Wisconsin, she confirmed to E! News on Monday.
She is ‘happy’ about the change in her relationship with the financier.
‘I never thought that I could be so happy at this stage in my life, this is truly a new beginning,’ Kelly told E! ‘We have a romance that people write novels about.’
On Sunday evening, the 55-year-old star showed off the large diamond engagement ring while at the Crappie Lake premiere with Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan in New York City.
Litner did not seem to attend.
Kelly wore an extremely sheer black dress that showed off her black bikini as she added high heels when on a red carpet. Her long highlighted hair was worn over her shoulders in soft mermaid waves.

Her new man: She has been dating Litner for just about a year but has kept a low profile with him; seen on his Linkedin page
The couple have been dating for one year and kept their romance very private, though she did share with DailyMail.com last month that she lost 10lbs recently from having ‘a lot of sex.’ She added she went from 145Ibs to 135Ibs.
In Sunday Kelly flaunted her new rock.
She was not shy about showing off the ring. It looked to have three stones – a large center one with two smaller rocks on the sides – and be over five carats in total.
The ring likely costs in the $250,000 range.
And she was very confident as she wore her netted dress that looked more like a beach cover up than an evening gown.
She looked terrific in it, however, as she is in excellent shape with muscular legs and sculpted arms as swell as a toned, tiny tummy.
The bikini looked chic as it had a triangle top and small briefs that had rings on the sides.
She added strappy nude heels that displayed her white pedicure which matched her fingernails.
Kelly had a fresh beach glow as she was very tanned. She added sparkly jewelry and bronze toned makeup.

The synopsis for the show reads: ‘Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan leave New York City and take on Benton, Illinois.’
The Benton City Council surprises the town residents by inviting Real Housewives icons Luann and Sonja to help spruce up their small town that was devastated by the pandemic.
The town is very small with a population just under 7,000 people.
The Bravo ladies aren’t used to this small town.
And they act shocked when they check into a small local motel.
The mayor asks the ladies to help out. But Luann and Sonja are not ready for all the work they have to do.

In May some surprising Bravo news was shared.
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy was announced as heading to small screens, with an all-star cast preparing to reunite in St Barts.
After attempts at making a revival series fell apart, Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy was officially announced at the NBCUniversal Upfront presentation – along with the cast full of New York alums, according to People.
Luann, 57, Dorinda, 58, Sonja, 59, Ramona, 66, Kristen Taekman, 46, and Kelly, 55, will be making up the cast for season five, set to take place in St Barts.
A premiere date has yet to be unveiled.
The series may not land on Peacock until 2024, as season four of RHUGT has yet to debut.
While fans will be delighted to learn some of their favorites will be returning to air, there is one notable absence – Jill Zarin, who was set to appear in the original Legacy series.
Zarin allegedly went to war with Bravo executives during contract negotiations, resulting in the original iteration of RHONY: Legacy dying on the operating table.
More recently, Zarin insisted she played no role in their decision to pull the plug on the Legacy spin-off, after it had been reported she heavily contributed to negotiations going off track.

Besties? The ladies hugged and held hands at the splashy event
‘Legacy didn’t happen because it just wasn’t meant to happen. That’s the truth,’ she told Page Six. ‘It has nothing to do with me. It has to do with the producers and what they decided to do. I don’t really know.’
Another name fans may have wanted to see appear in the reunion was Bethenny Frankel, who previously revealed she had been invited to join the cast but was not interested in joining.
The cast enthusiastically shared their Legacy news with social media fans, and shared photos from their appearance at the Upfronts.
‘Look who’s coming in HOT! We’re back,’ Luann posted to Instagram.
‘We’re back!’ Dorinda rejoiced.
‘It’s officially announced, the RHONY original cast is back for the Ultimate Girls Trip, New York Legacy Ultimate Girls Trip!’ Ramona gushed on Instagram. ‘So get ready for your TVs! Very exciting, we were presenting at the Upfronts and cast is officially Ramona Singer, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan, and Kristen Taekman! So, very exciting day, very exciting moment, we’ll be back on your TVs really soon.’

The original plan was to bring back MVPs from The Big Apple Franchise for a full season of traditional Housewives drama, entitled RHONY: Legacy, but the strategy shifted to corral the fan-favorites for a short period of time.
Back in April, Page Six reported that Bravo was retooling RHONY: Legacy to be more like their thriving Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip franchise.
Sources told the outlet that the network is trying to bring its RHONY reboot back, as the long-awaited revival series allegedly fell apart during contract negotiations with the Housewives.
In January, Page Six reported that Bravo has ‘lost interest’ in RHONY: Legacy due to a dispute about how much the cast should be paid.
The network reportedly ‘hit pause’ on contract negotiations as sources close to the cast shared they believed they were being low-balled, while production insiders revealed the cast was expecting to be paid too much.
Bravo is currently gearing up for the launch of their RHONY overhaul, as the network recast the series with a fresh slate of diverse Housewives.
During a segment of What What Happens Live in January, Housewives impresario Andy Cohen teased RHONY fans with his impressions of the new cast.
‘They’re super fashionable,’ said Cohen. ‘The things that they are arguing about are as ridiculous as early RHONY.
‘I think it’s going to be a different show. It’s so hard because everyone is going to compare it to RHONY, which was so perfect. And I hope this is perfect in a totally different way.’
