Difficult process: Anna Marie Tender shared a photograph with her fans on Instagram Monday afternoon of a woman injecting herself with what appeared to be medications to begin an in vitro fertilization process

DailyMail.com contacted Anna Marie for comment on the photograph and clarification on the caption included in the imagery.

What many assumed to be Tendler in the post shared to her 334,000 followers, a woman stood wearing a pink silk bra with purple briefs as she grabbed part of her mid section to administer a shot.

Before Tendler closed down the comment section on her post, multiple people congratulated her on not only the difficult decision to begin the process of going through a fertility journey, but also to publicly share such a private moment.

‘In vitro is tough but the rewards are amazing! Wishing you the best,’ one follower wrote, echoing the support of many others who cheered on her efforts.

‘Can someone explain what this means? What’s the needle for?,’ another user wrote before a follower chimed in: ‘I’m assuming fertility drugs for IVF.’

‘I would like to clear up a common misnomer about my work – This is not a photo diary, I am never commenting on any one thing, I am rarely posting photos chronologically,’ she wrote.

An Instagram user noted that Tendler could be ‘freezing her eggs,’ while another follower added: ‘This injection is just one of the medications she’ll have to take to prepare.’

Minutes later, Tendler tried to add clarification to her post with a confusing Instagram Story.

‘I would like to clear up a common misnomer about my work – This is not a photo diary, I am never commenting on any one thing, I am rarely posting photos chronologically,’ she wrote.

‘I am a fine artist. These are stand alone works that speak to the female experience at large. My life has been filled with a million experiences that are mined to create a body of work that is about something bigger than me.’

New guy: Mulaney joked ‘a lot of things have happened’ since he last hosted in October 2020, and began telling the story of his intervention which happened in New York, with a few friends dialing in via Zoom from Los Angeles

Mulaney left nothing off the table as he made a triumphant return to SNL over the weekend with an opening monologue which covered everything from his intervention, rehab stay, sobriety journey, new relationship with Olivia Munn and status as a first time father to Malcolm.

John joked ‘a lot of things have happened’ since he last hosted in October 2020, and began telling the story of his intervention which happened in New York, with a few friends dialing in via Zoom from Los Angeles.

He then referenced his stay in rehab, where he had to go through a therapeutic practice of deleting and blocking all of his drug dealers on his cellphone.

Upon reaching one of them, he discovered that he wasn’t a drug dealer at all, just a painter who Mulaney had kept asking for drugs.

‘All the time, drug dealers turn an innocent man into a drug addict. I might be the first drug addict to turn an innocent man into a drug dealer,’ he cracked.

‘Proud of my guys,’ Olivia shared on Monday as she recapped the whirlwind weekend where John hosted SNL for the fifth time

Overall, Mulaney said: ‘Life is a lot better and happier now. I have a 12-week-old son. I’m very excited’
