Jennifer Aniston, 54, reveals how she stays a size two

Jennifer Aniston, 54, reveals the FOUR simple things she does to stay a size two (hint: one involves a bed) adding she is careful with what she watches on TV

Jennifer Aniston has revealed how she stays in such impressive shape in a candid new interview that was released Wednesday.

The 54-year-old Friends veteran talked staying trim and toned in her 50s as she named her top four rules she lives by.

‘I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can,’ she said in the Issue 23 of CR Fashion Book.

Adding: ‘That last part is challenging for me, but it’s so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest.

‘In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace.’ That likely means less binge watching cable news.

‘Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise,’ she added.

Health minded: Jennifer Aniston has talked about how she stays in such great shape. On Wednesday the star was seen in a new spread for Issue 23 of CR Fashion Book. And in her interview the 54-year-old Friends veteran talked staying trim and toned in her 50s as she named her top four rules she lives by

The plan:  ‘I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can,’ said the Cake actress. ‘That last part is challenging for me, but it’s so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest’

As far as her workouts, she uses Pvolve.

‘I love it so much! Pvolve is a unique approach to fitness that I’m so excited to share with others. I leave every workout feeling energized and strong, but not beat up,’ said the ex of Justin Theroux.

‘I encourage people to try it and see it for themselves. Whatever your fitness level, it’s a workout where you can truly start where you are.’

The workouts are less stressful, added Aniston.

‘I’ve been motivated to work out in a way I haven’t been in years.

‘I look forward to the challenging classes and I feel stronger and more comfortable in my body when I’m doing it. It’s different every time, I don’t think I’ve had the same class twice.’

She posed in black and white clothing for a daring shoot.

‘@carineroitfeld this was a dream come true to work with you. And the incredible @zoeygrossman ❤️ The ridiculously talented hair and makeup team…. @mrchrismcmillan and @georgieeisdell,’ wrote the ex of Brad Pitt in her caption.

Aniston took an edgier turn for a daring shoot for CR Fashion Book

The actress is promoting season three of The Morning Show, which also stars Reese Witherspoon and will see Jon Hamm added to the cast.

The shoot won raves: Julianne Moore said Jennifer was ‘gorgeous’ while Michelle Pfeiffer added, ‘Breathtaking.’

Jen was also talking up LolaVie.

And she named her hair icon.

‘I just love beautiful hair.

‘But I mean, did I love Valerie Bertinelli on the cover of UsWeekly magazine when she was wearing a red angora sweater and took that into the hair salon in the ’80s?

‘Mayyyyybe.’

Watch what you take in visually: ‘In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace.’ That likely means less binge watching cable news. ‘Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise,’ she added

She also touched on loving medicine. ‘I’ve always found it fascinating. There was a period when my dad went to medical school, when acting slowed down for him, which is why we moved to Greece when I was five or six.

‘So I had a doctor/actor (LOL) in the house who introduced me to the world of medicine and research.

‘We would sit and watch medical programs during dinner. Even like micro surgeries—not what you would normally want to watch during suppertime.’

That’s where the interest ‘sparked.’

‘I am always grateful to the science and medical community who advance our knowledge of the human body, our health, and how we can continue to thrive as we age,’ she added.

CR Fashion Book Issue 23 and CR Men Issue 17 will be available on newsstands October 3.

Aniston’s CR Fashion Book shoot comes after Kim Kardashian’s buzzcut look for the issue.

She loves it: Then she talked up her workouts with Pvolve. ‘I love it so much! Pvolve is a unique approach to fitness that I’m so excited to share with others. ‘It was transformative for me. I leave every workout feeling energized and strong, but not beat up. I encourage people to try it and see it for themselves’
