They recently returned from their honeymoon in the Maldives.
Yet Jamie Redknapp revealed the holiday was well and truly over for him and new wife Frida as they spent the day working up a sweat at the gym.
The couple – who welcomed son Raphael three months ago – spent Valentine’s Day together at JAB Boxing Club in Mayfair.

Jamie, 48, shared a snap from after the class that he captioned: ‘Valentine’s Day @jab_box with my girl . You killed us @george__veness.’
Frida, 38, looked incredible in the snap as she beamed broadly while posing makeup-free.
The Swedish model – who gave birth to her fifth child 12 weeks ago – wowed in a baby blue crop top and space grey leggings.

Raphael is Frida’s fifth child and Jamie’s third. The former footballer is also father to Charles, 17, and Beau, 13, with ex-wife Louise Redknapp.
Frida shares three boys and one girl with her ex Jonathan, but has not shared their names and up until now has not posted their faces on social media.
Jamie revealed he had welcomed a baby boy in November, and said Frida was ‘doing well’ after giving birth. He penned: ‘Meet Raphael Anders Redknapp we’re so in love, mum is doing so well too…
‘We can’t thank the amazing doctors and nurses at the Chelsea and Westminster enough. So excited for him to meet my boys.’
