Hilaria Baldwin has suffered a second miscarriage, telling fans the heartbreaking news in a video with her daughter Carmen.
The actress, who’s married to Alec Baldwin, explained the sad update after attending her 20-week scan, sharing a tearful clip of herself and the six-year-old after revealing she was expecting a girl in October.
In the video, the 35-year-old, who previously suffered a miscarriage back in April, can be heard telling Carmen she doesn’t know how long it will be until another baby comes but that she’ll ‘try really hard’.

Hilaria told fans in the caption: ‘We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months. We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be.
‘We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this. I told Carmen and took this so I could send it to Alec.
‘I guess this is a good way to share it with you too. I told her that this baby isn’t going to come after all…but we will try very hard to give her a little sister another time.
‘I’m really devastated right now…I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today. I don’t know what else to say.
‘I’m still in shock and don’t have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi…that’s all I ask.’
Fans and friends of the star have been quick to send supportive messages, with Hailey Bieber saying: ‘I’m so sorry. Love you guys.’
‘I’m so sorry darling. Sending you so much love and strength. I cant imagine how hard this is,’ one more friend wrote, with another commenting: ‘Heartbroken and sending you all our love. I am so sorry.’
Earlier on in the day, the star shared clips and photos of her ahead of her appointment, before writing afterwards: ‘Today didn’t go as planned. I’m very sad.
‘Tonight is my last night with her…such a strange experience.’
Hilaria and Alec share four children – Leonardo, Rafael, Carmen, and Romeo – after tying the knot in 2012.
