Gemma Collins ‘threatens to quit Dancing On Ice after throwing diva tantrum’

Dancing On Ice bosses reportedly fear Gemma Collins will quit the show after apparently throwing ‘a diva tantrum’ in training.

It’s claimed the TOWIE star threw a strop after falling on the ice and ‘moaned that the training is too hard’.

Bosses are now apparently terrified the GC won’t make it to the live shows in January.

"Channel bigwigs and show producers are already worried Gemma will quit the show before viewers get to see her skate," a source told the Daily Star .

"She’s already had one diva tantrum and threatened to quit after falling in training.

"Nobody took her threats seriously this time but with another two months before the show airs, everyone involved is worried the show’s biggest star could walk."

Earlier this month Gemma was confirmed as Dancing On Ice’s first official contestant .

Speaking on This Morning she confessed that she was "scared and nervous" while also admitting she didn’t know how they would "lift me up".

Gemma told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby she was "fully committed" to the show after clearing her diary.

The 37-year-old has form for quitting shows after quitting I’m A Celebrity in 2014 and threatening to quit Celebrity Big Brother on numerous occasions.

She pulled out of I’m A Celeb just 72 hours into the ordeal, claiming "murders are treated better than this."

If she did quit DOI it would mean losing most of her pay cheque.

A show insider said: "Gemma is known for being one of the biggest divas on TV.

"No-one on the show would be surprised if she quit."
