She’s a highly in demand TV star, having had stints on shows including Dancing On Ice and Celebrity Big Brother.

And now Gemma Collins has bagged a mega bucks deal for the next installment of her popular reality show Diva Forever, with the star reportedly set to pocket a cool £250,000. 

The move will mean that the former TOWIE star, 39, will be the highest earner on ITVBe, £100k above Mummy Diaries stars Billie and Sam Faiers.

A source told The Sun: ‘Gemma’s fee has almost tripled since the start of her own spin off shows. She knows she is a huge draw for ITV bosses and can command a big fee for them to take on her show.

‘After she made a name for herself as a standalone star Gemma has been wanted by everyone – from the BBC to Netflix.  

They added: ‘Having this demand has given her a strong position when it comes to negotiating the most lucrative package.’

The previous series of her show ran for five episodes last year and featured appearances from Jonathan Cheban, Naughty Boy and her Dancing On Ice skate partner Matt Evers.   

Last month Gemma was forced to halt filming of her reality show as she followed guidelines amid the coronavirus pandemic.

At the time, the TV star shared a statement to Instagram in which she explained that she was adhering to ‘social distancing guidelines’ with the move.

Her message read: ‘Guys it’s important to listen to advice from the government at this time and ‘stop the spread’.

‘We’re in the middle of shooting a new Diva series but we’re going to pause filming with our crew to adhere to the social distancing guidelines.’

She added: ‘BUT I know a little entertainment is needed so don’t worry we’ll just be doing things slightly differently. Watch this space. Diva Forever.’

Gemma’s actions came days after she was forced to close down her beloved clothing boutique amid the virus.

She was seen breaking down in tears outside her boutique as she took a phone call after being forced to shut her Essex-based shop.
