A recovered sex addict-turned-relationship expert has warned ‘Australia’s most sexually-active woman’ Annie Knight about the dangers of sex addiction.
OnlyFans star Annie, 26, made headlines this week after she confessed to sleeping with 300 different men and women in the span of just one year.
She also admitted to being so insatiable that she would take lovers into public toilets for sex and was once ‘f***ed under a restaurant table’ while out on a date.
Now reformed sex addict and professional ‘love coach’ Belinda ‘Love’ Rygier, who bedded over 700 men while in the throes of her addiction, is speaking out in a bid to help Annie before it’s too late.
‘I know the darkness that sex addiction brings. Not only the internal pain, but the external judgment. It’s why I took years to heal my addiction,’ Rygier told Daily Mail Australia.

Relationship expert Belinda ‘Love’ Rygier (pictured), who bedded 700 men at the height of her sex addiction, told Daily Mail Australia that she wants to help save Annie and other women from the ‘darkness of sex addiction’
‘I believe people are becoming more addicted to sex, or at least using it as an outlet for a few reasons. By having the ongoing rotation of different partners it means they don’t have to be emotionally available whilst still being validated,’ she continued.
‘They have a shallow connection whilst avoiding hurt and heartbreak. Because they don’t get the depth of what they truly need, which is self-love, love and connection, they continue on their path seeking that and won’t find it externally. It’s a vicious cycle.’
While Annie recently declared on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that casual sex left her feeling ’empowered’, Belinda says there may be something darker lurking beneath the surface.
‘She may say she isn’t addicted, she’s empowered, that it is free choice and I have no judgment. All power to her and I hope that is the case for her, but more often than not this is a facade hiding something deeper,’ Belinda cautioned.
‘Some genuinely just enjoy sex, which is great, but there is a fine line between enjoyment and addiction,’ she continued.
‘For example it’s the same as if you have one chocolate a day, versus five a day. One is for enjoyment. The other is being used to manage a deeper problem as it releases endorphins. Same as sex.’

Belinda, who appeared on The Bachelor in 2017 and now hosts the podcast Confessions of a Sex Addict, currently coaches and educates women on how to break toxic relationships.
She said that she’s concerned Annie may have an ‘avoidant attachment style’ caused by trauma from a toxic breakup.
‘As Annie mentioned, she left a toxic relationship which seems that may be a turning point for her leading her to go down this path,’ said Belinda.
‘I’m not diagnosing her as I haven’t conversed with her, but I listened to her recent interview and heard some key comments that rang some alarm bells for me.’

Despite her fears for Annie, Belinda insisted that she doesn’t judge the OnlyFans model for her promiscuity.
‘If she truly enjoys it without anything underlying like avoidant attachment style, and she is safe, she can do what she wants. I just recommend doing a sexual energetic cleanse after as it does stay with us even if we’ve forgotten,’ the former Bachelor star explained.
‘And to all the people out there saying she must have a smashed vagina -I have had many of those derogatory comments too- it’s no different to having one sexual partner for years. Vaginas are made to stretch and are very resilient so grow up [laughs].’

She also admitted to sleeping with five people in the span of one day and proudly declared that she’s ‘down to try anything’.
Taking things even further, Annie boasted about having sex ‘under a restaurant table’ while out on a date.
‘We’d finished dinner and were up to dessert,’ she said cheekily.

Her appearance on the morning radio show sparked some backlash, with many claiming that the KIIS FM program had crossed the line by broadcasting Annie’s X-rated antics.
‘Why would you broadcast this? What is this world coming too. It’s soo sad!!!!’ raged one listener.
‘I am very disappointed. The level of sexual conversion on air is too much,’ added another.
