Congratulations are most definitely in order as Emma Stone secretly got married to her fiancé, Dave McCary. A source confirmed the happy news to People, after Stone and McCary were photographed wearing matching wedding bands earlier this month.
The actress previously sparked marriage rumors back in May when she chatted with Reese Witherspoon about mental health, and was seen wearing what looked like a wedding band during the interview.
Stone and McCary announced their engagement in December 2019. Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, Emma Stone had been planning her wedding to writer and director Dave McCary. Having postponed her nuptials, which were previously due to take place in March 2020, everyone assumed that the couple would reschedule their wedding once lockdown was lifted.
Appearing on the Reese Witherspoon x Hello Sunshine YouTube channel in May 2020, Stone discussed living with anxiety. The La La Land star also displayed her ring finger, on which she appeared to be wearing a wedding band, and not her pearl engagement ring.
Seeing the actress wearing a simple gold band made fans go wild on Twitter.
