Bobby Brown thinks Nick Gordon was involved in Whitney Houston's death

Bobby Brown blames Nick Gordon for suppyling the drugs that led to death of daughter Bobbi Kristina AND his ex-wife Whitney Houston

  • Whitney and Bobbi Kristina were both found dead in the bathtub, three years apart
  • Bobby Brown told the Red Table he thinks Gordon provided them with drugs
  • ‘He was the only one there for both situations with my ex-wife and my daughter and they both died the exact same way,’ Brown said
  • Gordon was deemed liable for Brown’s wrongful death in a civil suit in 2016
  • The suit claims he gave Brown a ‘toxic cocktail, rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage’
  • He was ordered to pay Bobbi Kristina’s estate $36million in 2016
  • Gordon passed away in January 2020 after a heroin overdose

Bobby Brown thinks his late daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown’s ex-fiancé Nick Gordon provided the drugs that lead to both her death and the death of pop star ex-wife Whitney Houston.

Brown, 52, made the explosive claims on this week’s episode of Red Table Talk, telling hosts Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris he believes there was ‘foul play’ with his late ex-wife’s death by drowning in 2012 and daughter Bobbi Kristina’s eerily similar passing at 22 just three-years later.

‘[Gordon] was the only one there for both situations with my ex-wife and my daughter and they both died the exact same way,’ he told the hosts, claiming that Gordon likely gave them the drugs before their fatal bathtub accidents.

‘I think he was more so a provider of party favors to them,’ the former New Edition member explained, then telling the table Gordon ‘definitely’ provided the women with drugs.

Bobbi Kristina was unresponsive, found face-down in a bathtub in her Georgia home on January 31, 2015 and was placed in a medically induced coma after being rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia.

She never regained consciousness and died at Peachtree Christian Hospice care in Duluth, Georgia on July 26, 2015, less than six-months later.

A toxicology report found marijuana, alcohol, ‘a cocaine-related substance,’ anti-anxiety medication, and morphine in her system at the time of her accident.

Gordon, who died in January 2020 of a heroin overdose, was deemed liable for Brown’s wrongful death in September 2016 after failing to appear to court.

The $10million suit, filed by Bobbi Kristina’s estate, alleged Gordon gave Brown a ‘toxic cocktail, rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.’

Shocked: Jada and Willow were visibly shaken by Bobby’s claims

Control: ‘[He] basically controlled her until her life was taken,’ the singer said, while adding he didn’t know about the abuse until after his daughter’s death

The suit also accused Gordon of being physically abusive and stealing money from his ex-fiancée, claims which Bobby echoed during his Red Table Talk.

‘[He] basically controlled her until her life was taken,’ the singer said, while adding he didn’t know about the abuse until after his daughter’s death.

Gordon was ordered to pay the family over $36million in November 2016.

Despite being found ‘legally responsible’ in a civil court, Gordon never faced criminal charges but was investigated by authorities ‘for years’ following Brown’s death.

He and Brown had a whirlwind relationship. Though they had been friends since childhood, things didn’t get romantic until after Whitney’s death, getting engaged just eight-months after Houston’s passing.

The couple claimed to have tied the knot on January 9th, 2014, but reps for the family said the marriage was symbolic and not legal, according to ET.

Coroners determined the cause of death to be drowning, and effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use.

Gordon was never a known suspect in Houston’s death.
