  • Levine and Prinsloo’s former Soho loft has been listed again for $6.29 million
  • The couple originally bought the apartment in 2014 for $4.5M, before selling it for $5.3M in 2016
  • Levine, 43, has recently been swept up in a sexting and cheating scandal
  • The 23-year-old model Sumner Stroh claimed Levin sexted her repeatedly and even got physical with her
  • Levine has denied having an affair but apologized for his ‘naïve and stupid’ messages
  • Several other women subsequently claimed he had sent flirtatious direct messages to them

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s former Manhattan loft has made its way back onto the market for a whopping $6.29 million.

The 43-year-old Maroon 5 frontman and the 34-year-old model previously purchased the spacious Soho apartment back in 2014 for $4.5 million, according to the New York Post.

The loft is back on the market just as the couple have been swept up in scandal after Levine sent sexually explicit direct messages to a model 20 years his junior, and several women have since claimed he also carried on flirtatious conversations with them.

Levine and Prinsloo bought their enormous loft in the same year as their wedding, but it proved to be a transitional home, as they sold it just two years later.

In 2016, Dolce Vita footwear co-founder Nick Lucio purchased the loft for a significantly elevated $5.3 million.

Around the time of the sale, the singer and the model were reported to be having marital troubles, though it’s not clear if that played a part in the sale.

Lucio only held onto the loft for slightly longer than the celebrity couple, but he sold it again 2019 for a loss at $4.75 million.

The current owner appears to be more confident in the home’s value, and they have boosted the listing price. In addition to the $6.29 million required to be the space, the new owner will be required to pay $1,900 per month to cover maintenance fees.

The loft, which is located on the building’s third floor, boasts an impressive 2,800 square feet.

Architectural Digest previously profiled the home when Levine and Prinsloo sold it, describing it as having ‘an industrial, downtown vibe.’

It is located in a cast-iron building dating to the early 20th century, and fans of the industrial look while appreciate its stylish yet low-key exposed brick walls, though the current owner appears to have painted the bricks white.

The loft features elegant hardwood floors throughout, along with striking columns crossing through from the living room to the kitchen that date back to the building’s construction.

The spacious vibes are accentuated by the 13-foot ceilings, and the apartment gets plenty of natural light thanks to banks of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows that cover the walls.

The current owner appears to have opted for a more minimalist design than Levine and Prinsloo, and they painted the columns black and added enormous black cabinets and matching dual islands where the couple previously had a billiards table and a sitting area.

Levine’s sexting and cheating scandal began when Sumner Stroh, 23, shared a TikTok video she filmed that included text messages allegedly sent between herself and Levine, which featured flirtatious messages and suggestions of in-person meetings.

In the clip, Stroh said she felt ‘manipulated’ by the pop singer.

‘Essentially, I was having an affair with a man who’s married to a Victoria’s Secret model. At the time, I was young, I was naïve and, quite frankly, I feel exploited,’ she said.

‘I wasn’t in “the scene” like I am now, so I was definitely very easily manipulated.’

Stroh also claimed that Levine indicated his relationship with Prinsloo was on rocky ground, but then the Victoria’s Secret model announced she was pregnant with their third child, suggesting the relationship was on stronger ground that she had been led to believe.

After the pregnancy was announced, Levine allegedly told his alleged mistress that he wanted to potentially name the child after her.

Raunchy: Levine’s sexting and cheating scandal began when Sumner Stroh, 23, shared a TikTok video she filmed that included text messages allegedly sent between herself and Levine, which featured flirtatious messages and suggestions of in-person meetings

Bizarre: Stroh claimed the two lost contact after a few months, but said Levine later came back into her life this year when he revealed his wife was expecting their third child and asked if he could name the child Sumner, leaving her horrified

Following the revelation, Levine shared a post addressing the cheating rumors, admitting that he ‘crossed the line’ with his sexts and other messages.

‘I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,’ the musician said.

‘I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life. In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.’

He continued: ‘My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naïve and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again.

‘I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.’

The statement, however, appeared to contradict Stroh’s now viral TikTok video which included screenshots of flirty messages suggesting the two had met in person at least once.

‘The most important part that I definitely glossed over was the fact that I was under the impression that their marriage was over,’ Stroh later said in a follow-up video.

Half denial: Levine denied ever having an affair, but admitted his messages were ‘inappropriate’

According to Stroh, who has over 338,000 followers on Instagram, she and Levine were ‘seeing each other for about a year,’ until the two lost contact ‘over a period of months.’

Since Stroh shared her messages, at least four other women have claimed that Levine sent them flirty — and at times sexual — messages, including comedian Maryka and a woman named Alyson Rose.

In a series of Instagram stories captioned, ‘#ExposeAdamLevine,’ last week, Maryka shared messages that showed Levine allegedly encouraging flirty and raunchy banter with the woman, sending her a private video selfie, and complimenting her voluptuous figure.

In one exchange, the musician tells her to ‘Distract yourself by f**king with me.’ Later, he sends her a brief video of himself saying: ‘I’m stupid.’

Their conversations also appeared to have turned X-rated, according to additional screenshots shared with influencer Dana Omari, who posted them on her account on Maryka’s behalf.

And in a now viral TikTok video, Alyson Rose also shared screengrabs of Levine’s alleged messages to her, including one in which he said: ‘I shouldn’t be talking to you you know [that] right?’

Rose claimed there was ‘a lot more that was said that was not appropriate. I just didn’t feel comfortable posting everything.’

Levine’s former yoga teacher accused him of sending a dirty text to her – as she became the fourth woman to come forward Sept. 20 with explosive claims against the Maroon 5 singer.

Alanna Zabel, who trained the pop star from 2007 to 2010, alleges he said he wanted ‘to spend the day with you naked’ and bragged to his friends about how she had ‘the best a** in town and it was cute’.

She told how her then-boyfriend saw the message, claimed he became violent and flew into a jealous rage and snapped her wrist.

The yogi accused Levine of abandoning her when she told him what happened and said he took her off his upcoming tour.

Also last week, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed how Auburn, Alabama, college student Ashley Russell, 21, claimed that she had also received inappropriate messages from Levine.

Russell, who runs a health and exercise Instagram account with just over 4,100 followers, said she was surprised when she noticed the singer was among the users watching her Instagram stories at the beginning of March this year.

The fitness fanatic, a senior at Auburn University, told DailyMail.com that the 43-year-old then began liking her posts and sending her direct messages trying to engage in friendly, flirty conversation.

He often replied to photos of her working out, particularly those showing off her toned legs and glutes, but would almost immediately delete the messages after she had read them, she claimed.

According to Russell, the flirty exchanges began happening almost daily but ultimately ran dry by the end of the month after she warned the married father-of-two that he was going to ‘get caught’ flirting with women online.

On Thursday, sources told TMZ that Levine plans to get back to performing with his band Maroon 5. He’s set to play a benefit show in Las Vegas, where he’s unlikely to face any questions about the alleged affair and sexts.

However, the singer is also reportedly planning to fulfill all his upcoming obligations, which may include his scheduled tour with the band. It is set to perform in Asia starting in November, before concluding the short tour leg with a New Year’s Eve show in Palm Springs, California.

Maroon 5 found fame thanks to songs Levine wrote about his high school sweetheart, Jane Herman, in the band’s debut album, Songs About Jane.

The pair dated from 1997 to 2001 with the romance leading Levine to create tracks such as She Will Be Loved and Harder to Breathe.

The hit track, This Love, was written about the day of the pair’s breakup in 2001 and was one of the many songs that fans across the world grew to love when the album dropped in 2002.

In a 2004 interview with Rolling Stone, Levine claimed to be reluctant to speak about Herman but told the magazine: ‘I saw this girl at a gas station, and I fell in love with her. I wrote a song about her and played it in the store where she worked.

‘It was an awful song. But she found out about this relatively psychotic boy. She was my muse for years… And then it kind of faded away.’

Herman, who went on to write for Vogue and set up her own fashion label called The Only Jane, is now married to film director Marc Webb, 47, and has two children of her own: Georgia, four, and Walter, one.

A-list lovers: Flings with the likes of Jessica Simpson and Cameron Diaz build his bad boy reputation

Levine and Simpson reportedly spent the night together at L.A. hotspot Chateau Marmont, before he allegedly ended things via text message

Songs About Jane’s instant success meant Levine soon found himself moving on from the breakup in style after he was linked to tennis star Maria Sharapova in 2005 and singer Jessica Simpson in 2006.

According to reports at the time, Levine and Simpson spent the night together at L.A. hotspot Chateau Marmont. It was even claimed that Simpson was seen wearing Levine’s T-shirt when her best friend CaCee Cobb picked her up the next morning.

However, the romance was short-lived and Levine’s bad boy reputation began after he reportedly broke things off with Simpson via text message.

Levine then dated Rebecca Ginos, a cocktail waitress from L.A. nightclub Teddy’s and later revealed that the pair hit it off on her 21st birthday.

The connection was instant as he boasted to Howard Stern in 2007: ‘We had sex the first night we met.’

Levine was believed to be dating actress Cameron Diaz in 2009 after the duo were spotted on a lunch date in Los Angeles in 2009

The pair have remained on friendly terms and even teamed up for a Saturday Night Live sketch in 2013

Levine also revealed he had wooed Ginos by telling her: ‘I think you’re the hottest girl in the entire f***ing universe.’

Speaking about the relationship to Rolling Stone, he said: ‘We were casual at first and it turned into something amazing. She just wants to enjoy my company and love me. And I love her. It’s really simple and beautiful.

‘When you’re younger, relationships thrive on drama. And if there’s no drama, you’re bored and it ends. I’m not into that anymore. I know more about myself, which prepares you to figure girls out.’

Levine was then alleged to be dating actress Cameron Diaz in 2009 after the duo were spotted on a lunch date in Los Angeles.

The star was spotted with the Charlie’s Angels actress. once again, at Chateau Marmont – with the duo even wearing coordinated outfits in white tops and blue jeans.

A ‘modelizer’ is born: Levine begins to work this way through a number of top models

In 2009, Levine began dating model Angela Bellotte (pictured) in his first serious public relationship, however the pair split in 2010

Soon after being seen with Diaz, the star was spotted with German model Janine Habeck before stepping out with actress Arielle Vandenberg.

In 2009, Levine began dating model Angela Bellotte in what became his first serious relationship while in the public eye.

The couple kept their romance somewhat private and it was only confirmed that the two were dating after ‘the couple were spotted catching a flight to NYC from LAX in September of that year, shortly after being photographed holding hands in the Big Apple’, according to E!

However, the relationship wasn’t meant to be with the pair calling it quits less than a year later.

The hitmaker later went on to clear up claims about his other dalliance’s during an interview with Howard Stern in which he denied actress socialite Paris Hilton and actresses Natalie Portman and Kirsten Dunst.

He also shut down rumors of his relationship with tennis star Maria Sharapova, insisted he ‘did not have sexual intercourse’ with Lindsay Lohan and denied breaking up with Simpson via text.

In a 2012 interview with Details magazine, Levine explained why he went through a ‘promiscuous’ phase during his career.

He stated: ‘There’s two kinds of men. There are men who are [bleeping] misogynist pigs, and then there are men who just really love women, who think they’re the most amazing people in the world.

‘And that’s me. Maybe the reason I was promiscuous, and wanted to sleep with a lot of them, is that I love them so much.’

Finding love: Changing his ways with Sports Illustrated model Anne Vyalitsyna

Levine entered a high-profile relationship with Russian-American model Anne Vyalitsyna in 2010

The singer soon settled down with glamorous Russian-American model Anne Vyalitsyna, now 36, who he met at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue release party in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2010.

Levine and Vyalitsyna quickly got serious, with the rocker appearing alongside her on the Victoria’s Secret runway in 2011, followed by her appearance in the music video Maroon 5’s 2011 hit Never Gonna Leave This Bed.

But the pair split in April 2012, with the model reportedly leaving him ‘blindsided’ when she dumped him.

Shortly afterwards, she released a statement that read: ‘Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner.

‘We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best.’

Following his split from Vyalitsyna, Levine told Details magazine that he was keen to shed his reputation as a playboy.

He explained that he joined singing competition series The Voice as a way to show the public another side of himself.

‘I’ve always felt a little misrepresented in the world. I felt like people only knew me as a singer who dated pretty girls. A little bit of a bimbo. Maybe I was kind of a bimbo,’ he stated. ‘I wanted to create a little balance. When [‘The Voice’] came around, I thought, “People now know that I have a brain.”‘

Vyalitsyna later insisted she had no hard feelings about her ex while recently appearing on E! series Fashion Police.

‘Who cares? I’m such a believer in love,’ the Russian catwalker said.

‘I will love [Adam] forever. He is such a wonderful guy. But we didn’t work out. We still care about each other. He fell in love with someone else. I’m so happy for him.’

Less than two months after his split from , Levine began dating Prinsloo with the couple photographed wrapped around one another during a trip to Kauai, Hawaii in June 2012.

The lovebirds were introduced through a mutual friend, who initially connected them for Levine to cast Prinsloo in one of his upcoming music videos.

He and Prinsloo went on to split up twice: first in January 2013 when he was then linked to Gossip Girl actress Amanda Setton, now 36.

The couple reconciled but split again in May 2013. During this time, Levine briefly dated another Victoria’s Secret model – Danish beauty Nina Agdal, 30.

Levine and Agdal were photographed vacationing in Cabo San Lucas together in June that year but according to a US Weekly report at the time, the romance fell apart when he stopped answering her calls shortly afterwards.

A friend told the magazine that Levine went on to dump Agdal via text message and told her he had rekindled his romance with Prinsloo.

The 43-year-old and his now wife announced their engagement in June 2013 and married just over a year later in July 2014 with actor Jonah Hill officiating the wedding.

Before the wedding, it was reported that Levine reached out to some of his model exes to apologize for his behavior while they dated.

Levine and his now-wife – pictured launching their Tequila brand in 2021 – announced their engagement in June 2013 and married just over a year. The couple share two daughters – Dusty Rose, five, and Gio Grace, four

‘He apologized for how he treated them,’ an insider told Us Weekly.

In July of 2016, it was confirmed that the pair would be welcoming their first child, who arrived that September.

The happy parents went on to expand their family for the second time with their three-year-old Gio Grace, who was born in 2018.

Adam, who judged The Voice between 2011 to 2019, once remarked on the show that the secret to a happy marriage was admitting his wife is ‘always right.’

‘Even when you don’t always think that’s the case, make her feel like it is. Trust me,’ the heartthrob joked.

However, just five days after his wife confirmed they were expecting their third child with an Instagram post this month, Stroh shared details about their alleged affair.

‘Essentially, I was having an affair with a man who is married to a Victoria’s Secret supermodel,’ she said, referring to Behati, 34.

‘At the time, I was young and naïve. And I mean, quite frankly, I feel exploited. I wasn’t in the scene like I am now, so I was definitely easily manipulated.’

Stroh, who did not disclose specifics about their encounters, pointed to one Instagram DM between the pair, in which Levine writes: ‘It is unreal how f***ing hot you are. Like it blows my mind.’

‘You are 50 times hotter in person,’ he adds.

Affair rumors appeared just five days after Prinsloo confirmed she is pregnant with the couple’s third child with an Instagram post of her baby bump

According to Stroh, who has over 338,000 followers on Instagram, she and Levine were ‘seeing each other for about a year’, until the two lost contact ‘over a period of months.’

However, the 43-year-old musician would later get back in touch this year to share the news that he was expecting another child with his wife of eight years, she claimed.

‘Ok serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s [a] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious,’ Levine said, according to a screenshot of the conversation.

Stroh said she felt like she was ‘in hell,’ upon reading the odd message.

‘I mean my morals were unknowingly compromised. I was completely manipulated,’ she said in the TikTok video that has now gone viral.

She explained that she never planned on addressing the situation in such a public manner and was aware of the consequences of being ‘tied to a story like this.’

Stroh issued a public apology over her affair with Levine, claiming she was led to believe the singer’s marriage to Prinsloo was over

Stroh said it was only after her friend whom she had confided in about the affair, and to whom she had sent the screenshots, threatened to take her story public – that was she left determined to tell her story herself.

On Tuesday, Levine released a statement to TMZ and said: ‘ I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.

‘In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.’

I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.’
