  • Vanessa Hudgens posted a sweaty workout video to Instagram for Thirsty Thursday.
  • Wearing a sports bra and leggings, the actress flexes her arm and abs muscles.
  • Vanessa stays fit by doing yoga, spinning, Pilates, and circuit training.

Throwback Thursday is so last decade, just ask Vanessa Hudgens. Lately, her Thursdays have been more thirsty than throwback, at least on the ‘gram.

The actress just posted a new #thirstythursday video to her grid showing off all her strong muscles. She’s wearing a sports bra and matching leggings, so her six-pack abs are on full display. Vanessa captioned her sweaty video: “Look how sweaty she is…. she must be #THIRSTYthursday bahahahahahaha.”

The Bad Boys For Life star’s abs-bearing clip is the latest in her masterclass in slaying the post-breakup game. If you missed her other lessons: she got a super cute, sunflower side boob tattoo and previously flashed her super fit abs.

She makes it look oh-so-easy, but the 31-year-old actress works hard for her fit bod. She previously told Women’s Health that she aims for three yoga sessions a week. “I don’t consider it fitness,” she said. “It’s more like therapy for me.” The actress and singer is also big into spinning. “Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I’m happy,” she said. “It’s like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good.” Vanessa’s workout routine also includes some Pilates and circuit training.

That’s not all. Vanessa’s also on top of the latest eating trends, and she told Women’s Health that she’s really into intermittent fasting. She also eats arugula “almost every day” and loves to dig into foods like cashew cheese, almond milk, oat milk, eggs, avocados, and grapes. “I love finding things that are good for you and also taste amazing,” she said.

One of her staples: An antioxidant smoothie packed with acai berries, blueberries, banana, and coconut oil. As for her main food goal? “I try to get enough healthy fats, protein, and foods that give me energy.”

Sounds like she is stocked up on smoothies, but will someone please get this gal a glass of water?
