COMMUTERS across Britain were plunged into travel chaos this morning as the ticketing app Trainline suffered an outage.
Over 800 reports claim the app was down, according to DownDetector, leaving users fuming as they tried to get to work.
Taking to social media, Brits slammed Trainline as one sarcastically said: "Trainline outage this morning proving the plans to close ticket offices were always sound and well thought through."
Responding to complaints, Trainline's X account posted: "We’re experiencing technical difficulties with our app and website which means some customers may be unable to search for or book rail and coach journeys.
"We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause however please be assured we’re working hard to fix it."
