Can you spot all eight hazards in 18 seconds in this property brainteaser?

Moving house can be a very stressful experience. After spending years in one place you’ve made the decision to try a new area, a new neighbourhood.

Each neighbourhood is different, sometimes even moving just a mile or two can take you somewhere very different.

No area is perfect either, with each area presenting its own problem. Perhaps it’s a problem neighbour, or a noisy nightclub across the road.

Some hazards, however, are constant. To reflect potential hazards in different neighbourhoods CIA Landlords Insurance have created this brainteaser.

Your challenge is to spot all eight hazards in the above graphic.

Did you spot the hazards? No worries if not, they are circled above and listed below.

The hazards to look out for were:

  • Football in the middle of the road
  • Child running in the road
  • A dog walking off the lead on its own
  • Two children riding on one bike
  • A car parked on the pavement
  • The front door of a house left open
  • A pothole in the road
  • Skateboarder crossing the road in front of a car.

London is one city where there are a variety of neighbourhoods. According to Expatica, one of the best neighbourhoods to live in is Camden, North London.

They write: “At its heart sits Camden Lock, a trendy mix of canalside bars, cafés, market stalls, and artistic spaces. It also boasts some of London’s best live music venues, including Electric Ballroom and the legendary Roundhouse.

“You’ll find plenty of nearby parks, although your new favourite will likely be Primrose Hill, which offers spectacular views over the city.

“Generally speaking, Camden’s boho-chic vibe doesn’t come cheap, but more affordable homes can be found in the adjacent neighbourhoods mere minutes away.”

Also featured by the site are North Greenwich, Shoreditch and Hoxton, Putney, Marylebone, Clapham, Highbury and Islington, Bermondsey, Brixton, and Dulwich.
