Woman shocked by Tinder match’s cheeky request – then things take a strange turn

Like most singletons on Tinder, Adele Elizabeth was excited when she saw a message pop up from a new match.

But when she read what the man had to say, she was completely shocked.

Instead of opening with a cheesy chat up line, an interesting fact about himself or even a safe hello, he decided to tell Adele how hot he thinks her mate is – and even asked if she could give him her number. Wow.

But luckily Adele, 23, saw the funny side of it and passed on her pal India’s details – but then things took a very strange, but very funny, turn when she decided to have a bit of fun with the bizarre situation.

Speaking to the Mirror, she said: "I laughed when I first saw the message.

"I wasn’t surprised because India always get the attention on nights out too.

"Typical man thing to do."

She met 21-year-old India, who is an identical twin, when the pair were working in Corfu and they remained friends after returning home to Nottingham.

But Adele, who works for an online fitness company, decided to have a bit of fun with the guy, and said she just couldn’t remember which of the sisters posed for the picture with her – what a pickle!

So she told the man the situation and gave him both of their Instagram accounts. How helpful!

She said: "I passed on their details because I didn’t want to get in the way of him and true love.

"And because I thought it was funny for him to work out which twin he should message."

The determined guy messaged one of the twins and explained the situation – but awkwardly got the wrong sister. Oh dear…

She quickly told him his mistake, and quickly pushed the blame back onto Adele.

But unfortunately, neither of the girls were interested in him.

Adele said: "Neither of them is looking to date somebody right now and especially not somebody who would message that to their friend."

Ouch.

Sorry mate…
