Ryan, from New York, paid £4,600 for orgies with multiple hookers and unlimited drugs.
The dentist kept a diary about his four-day bender from the moment he arrived in Trinidad and Tobago on Friday until last night, The Mirror reports.
Ryan boarded a luxury yacht after arriving at the Port of Spain and he had a two-hour journey to the hotel and private beach on Margarita Island in Venezuela.
He went to the festival last year so knew exactly what to do as soon as he got onto the yacht as he picked the two “best-looking” women to accompany him for his entire stay.
As his first night progresses to the nightclub and he has taken cocaine he says a “a live lesbian sex show” takes place on the stage.
He added: “This guy called Samuel, the macho man in the group, got up and started having sex with the girls.
“Slowly almost everyone, including me, started having sex in the club. Huge orgy.”
On Saturday Ryan entered into an “orgy golf tournament” where the winner gets to “have all 100 girls for 15 minutes”.
He says half the women are from Venezuela and other half are from Colombia, but he meets one from Canada.
The married man found the topless salsa lessons boring so he invited his friend Samuel to have an orgy with the women who were accompanying him.
He added: “We took some pictures to remember it, although I’ll have to hide them so my wife doesn’t find them!”
Ryan reveals that the other guests are all professionals including doctors and lawyers.
He says most of the guests are from the US but he meets others from Europe, the UK, Canada and Australia.
On the third day he hears about two swinging couples who got into an argument after getting jealous during an orgy.
His Sunday started with playing a round of strip tennis, where they take an item of clothing off for each point that is scored against them.
Later in the day he went jet skiing and said: “The girls were topless and their breasts were bouncing up and down with the waves!”
Ryan's adventure came to an end on Sunday with more drugs arriving to the club to start their final night on Sex Island.
