THIS is the moment an ex-Miss Russia and millionaire Smirnoff heiress was caught on her phone while driving in her luxury Porsche.
Marinika Smirnova, 40, was close to her six-bedroom £4.7million home in Kensington, West London, when she was caught on camera.
The socialite and model appears to hastily hide her phone when she realises she has been caught.
Smirnova has now been convicted of using a handheld mobile phone while driving.
She failed to attend court but was handed a £220 fine plus £620 costs and an £88 victim surcharge.
The former reality star was also given six points on her licence following the incident in Hyde Park on on December 10 last year.

Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court was told the video was taken by 'CyclingMikey', who has helped snare other celeb motorists.
The YouTuber said he was walking his bike through the London park when he spotted Smirnova at the wheel of her red Porsche 911 Targa 4S.
He added: "I saw the lit-up screen on the phone and some changes in the apps she was navigating through. As I leaned in the female driver put the phone away and looked at me – a disdainful look and I don't blame her for that.
"I did not recognise the driver, but I have since searched her and she is a bit of a celebrity. I look for road behaviours, not particular people or particular cars, although I do admire her good personal plate."

The court was told Smirnova did not respond to a police offer of a fixed penalty notice so the case was sent to court.
She had appealed for the hearing to be adjourned as she is out of the country but this was rejected by magistrates.
Smirnova is the daughter of Soviet gymnastics champion Elena Kolesnikova and great niece of Pierre Smirnoff, who began distilling vodka in Moscow in 1818.
The model won Miss Russia in 2008 and starred in Fox TV’s Meet the Russians.
