He got the dough — and now the dough might get him.

A Wisconsin bakery says it has IDed a thief who ripped off cash and equipment from the store last month — after it printed a photo of the suspect on cookies.

The owners of the Canfora Bakery in Milwaukee say the sticky-fingered sneak broke into the store on April 19 and made off with the goods — but not before he was caught on security camera.

So the bakers used their sweet crime-fighting skills to create an icing image of the alleged perp on sugar cookies, and handed the edible “wanted” posters out to customers.

“We made delicious sugar cookies with his image on them! We invite the Bay View community to come on in and take a bite out of the thief while supplies last,” the bakery wrote in a post earlier this month on its Facebook page.

“If you recognize this man, please call the Milwaukee PD.”

The suspect was swiftly identified thanks to customer tips just hours after the bakery advertised the complimentary misfortune cookies, according to a follow-up post.

However, police have yet to catch the guy, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
